WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. Bullied my young 13 year old (BLACK) cousin for making an innocent joke. The older lady made him go sit in the corner and mistreated him for a JOKE. He asked her if “they sold burgers AND boxes because their place of business is called BURGER BOX”. He came and informed both me and his mother and since it made no sense to me, I proceeded to go to burger box to have her explain to me what was going on…the minute I spoke with her she immediately began the conversation with “he’s not allowed here he has no manners or education” when he indeed is a student, and one of the most intelligent kids in his grade. SHE IS BEYOND RACIST AND I AM ASKING NO BLACK INDIVIDUALS PURCHASE FROM NO BURGER BOX. They have no respect for anyone outside of their culture and speak to us like animals. They mistreat our innocent black kids !! spend your money where you are appreciated !!!! I WILL DROP A PHOTO OF THE TWO RACIST INDIVIDUALS WHO MISTREATED AND BANNED MY COUSIN FOR A JOKE

Fall into the burger box time warp and fall back into the golden age of burger stands of yore. Clean and well lit the big glass windows and walls give off a strong mid century vibe that soothes your perception of reality until it’s just you and the burger in absolute harmony. Oh and they serve blue bell ice cream sundaes and malted milk shakes. Naturally. Eat here before the music ends.

Burger was good. The outside could use a paint job and the drive thru has a ridiculous amount of signs taped everywhere which looks cluttered and unprofessional.

We got a bulgolgi burger with a lime aid and a custom 4 patty burger with a shake along both with fries. It was all good even the fries which where thick but crisp. The only negative was the lady had to walk around to check the menu to figure out our order and pricing didn’t really make sense. It was a comical moment. Not a bad experience pretty much lines up with any other burger chain.

Second time eating at a burger box and this one is way better than the Arlington location. The burgers are juicy fresh and the vegetables like the onions, pickles, tomatoes are fresh. The bacon just crispy the right way with the cheese melted on it. They even gotten the ketchup & mustard right when others can’t. The service was very fast and very friendly.

I usually like the food but I recently got an order to go. Chicken strip basket. When I got back to work, something didn’t smell right. I smelled the chicken & it smelled sour. I thought maybe it was just my nose but I took a bite of 2 different tenders & they both tasted off. I wasn’t going to go all the way back up there so I decided to just eat the fries & toast. Then I found mild on a corner of the toast. So I just ate the fries, which were good. It was an expensive order of fries!! I will give them 1 more opportunity before I mark them off my places to eat.
