My husband and I had bodega burger for the first time today and it did not disappoint. From the minute we walked in our door was opened for us we felt super welcomed. We ordered the double smash burger with regular fries and screwed fries plus a mango shake lassi. Everything was a 10/10! The ambiance was great, BIG H-TOWN vibes. Everyone was super nice as well, smiled at us and asked us if we needed anything. Overall great experience. 🙂

Good burgers, fries, and vibes! Everything came out fresh and flavored at a reasonable price. The Harlem aioli was so good if you like a little spice, I recommend getting a cup on the side to dip your fries in. The Vietnamese shake was a nice treat as well but not a strong coffee flavor.

Burger Bodega had the best smash burger I have ever tasted, and I have tried (too) many smash burgers. Couple this with the awesome interior design and vibes and this is easily one of my favorite burger places of all time.
If you ask for loaded fries and you don’t like spicy food, make sure to ask them to make it less spicy than normal though. My fries were super spicy.

This was my first ever meal in the city of Houston coming here for my 33rd Birthday. What great meal with great prices. Even when I came on a busy Friday night, I was greeted and helped tremendously when I made it to the counter. The burger was delicious and perfectly customed, the Chopped Cheese was amazing with fresh ingredients and the fries were tasty and fresh. Even bought a cookie for dessert that made the whole meal and experience a great one.

Tasty and flavorful burgers! They are a little on the oily side but what good burger isn’t a bit oily. This establishment is pretty culturally inclusive – they serve halal meat and they even had Vietnamese coffee and mango lassi on their drink menu!
The service was top notch, everybody was so kind here. You will feel taken care of the moment you step into this restaurant. The place is also well decorated and gives off an eclectic, funky vibe – really encapsulating what a bodega would feel like.
The parking lot for the restaurant is small but they have another parking lot nearby on Central Street along with nearby street parking. Overall would highly recommend, great prices for quality burgers!

Great service with friendly staff. Burgers are really good and the fries are also top notch. The buns are soft and such a juicy flavorful burger. Definitely in top 5 of Houston burgers I’ve tried. Regret not getting a milkshake after seeing them delivered to other tables but will be back for sure.

First time trying this establishment and I’m more than impressed! From the initial welcome, to the scrumptious burgers and fries, the employees handing out the food and inquiring on if you needed condiments and even offered to grab them! The customer service was a 10/10 and I WILL be returning. The food definitely hit the spot.

What a niche spot. The smash burgers were delicious and the atmosphere/ambience was chill. You can tell they spent a lot of time on the design of the place, all of the designs are custom made. Good food, would definitely come again and recommend specifically the smash burgers.

I am a huge fan of smash burgers and I must say the food at Burger Bodega absolutely blew me away. For the price, you seriously cannot beat it. The smashburgers had those perfectly crispy edges that give you that first bite crunch, but still juicy in the middle. Exactly how a smashburger is supposed to be.
The fries were just as dialed in. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned right. Nothing soggy, nothing bland. Just straight up done right.
I ordered the double with grilled jalapeños and it was absolutely delicious. The flavor balance was on point and you could tell everything was cooked fresh. Everyone in our group was impressed.
I actually meant to take a picture, but it smelled so good I inhaled it before I even had the chance. That should tell you everything you need to know.
Parking was a little tough to find, but honestly it was worth the extra minute of looking. If you are anywhere near Burger Bodega, I highly recommend stopping in. This place is doing it right.

This place lives up to the hype. The service was friendly, the burgers were cooked well. I’m not usually in to smash burger but their burger were smashed without having the crunchy burned bits. I will definitely go back when I am in Houston. Parking can be a challenge when it’s busy but they have overflow Parking across the street.
