I am GLAD this truck was at the event! As a new plant based eater I was concerned I would have to leave to find food. I ordered the plant based combo & wooo wee YES!! It was cooked perfectly & tasted GREAT! I love a seasoned fry so I was ALL in!! I would definitely order from this food truck again!!

My food was delicious ! I was visiting family in town & was craving a good ol burger , and was recommended trying the burger bistro food truck on our way out & when I say I was blown away my god ! My burger was amazing ! I decided to try some wings as well & all I can say is GO ! Y’all run and get it immediately. And the put the cherry on top the southern hospitality was top tier ! Highly recommend

Absolute trash.
Food truck was held at a work event. I waited in line 30 mins to order (normal). BUT then it was another 2 hours before my simple cheeseburger and fries were ready.. 2 HOURS!!!!!

I had higher expectations when I read the menu of Brioche Buns and hoping for a good quality burger.
Clearly frozen unseasoned patties before hitting the cook top and not remotly juicy, kinda on the dry side. buns from the bottom shelf at Walmart, lettuce that I’d feed to a turtle, but the fries were seasoned OK. Chicken sandwich that was chewy and meh.
Very disappointed in the quality for the price. Do not reccomend, and will not return.

Stopped at the Burger Bistro while attending an event. They served up some Great customer service.
All the food is cooked to order, so come hungry and with your patience. The hangry burger was seasoned/cooked well. Those toppings were fresh. I’ll be back.

Food truck was at the Gibsonville lighting of the green. When we placed our order the truck wasn’t busy at all and we were told 15 mins. which ended up being over 45 mins, the food wasn’t fixed how we ordered, the hot dog didn’t have anything with it, the burger was just plain, so I had to ask another vender if we could use all his condiments he had to get the food where we could eat it.

I wish I could write a more positive review, as I wanted to like this restaurant. I ordered the plant-based patty, as I am a vegetarian, and after taking a bite of my food, realized that it seemed not to be plant-based. I went back to notify the customer service team, who after inspecting my food, told me it was lamb. I said I was disappointed, and he responded “It’s ok.” To me, it was not ok. They also added cheese to my son’s burger when we asked for no cheese, and forgot to add bacon to other sandwiches. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this food truck.

I was in town from ATL and I was suggested to eat here and I stopped by and I got the turkey burger and it has to be the greatest burger I ever had man and the wings were seasoned to perfection , 10 out of 10 for sure if you’re in the mebane, NC area definitely give thee folks a try.

Very good! They brought their food truck to my apartment complex in Chapel Hill. The fries were fresh and seasoned, and the burger reminded me of a homemade one!
