Great host and owner. Didn’t even know he was the owner until after talking to him. Wings are amazing had yo come back a second time to get them again. Great atmosphere and have a touch tune so you can play whatever music you like.

We tried something different for us while in Springfield, Illinois. This was a small facility and the night we visited was karaoke night and the volume was up loud. The food was delicious and the waiter did a great job. The white cheddar mac was simply amazing on top of the burger. My only issue was the volume of the karaoke, otherwise it would all be 5 stars.

I have been to the Burger Bar several times before and have never been disappointed. My wife and I went here Thursday for an early dinner and this time was no different. I had the nuclear burger with fries while my wife had the Cali burger with the homemade chips, both meals were outstanding. If you like spicy food I would recommend the nuclear burger as it has some serious heat. Although I don’t know you can make a bad choice as all the burgers I’ve had so far were simply wonderful. They have a large selection of specialty burgers or you can build your own as well as several other menu options to please everyone.
The dinning area was comfortable and clean, and our server Rachel was pleasant and attentive. This is a regular stop for us.

Absolutely delicious food! Best cheese curds we’ve ever had. Great burgers. Rachel was wonderful as a waitress and 2.50 drafts on Sunday!

Very good burger! Fresh never frozen hand made patties.
I had the Philly burger and my wife had the Italian garlic burger… They were excellent! The home-made chips are great!
Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.
Several TVs.
My wife had the watermelon margarita. She said “that was really friggin’ good!”
Prices are fair for the quality and quantity of food.
We will definitely be back the next time we visit Springfield!

It had been quite some time since I had the Burger Bars ‘all you can eat’ Friday fish special and this trip there didn’t disappoint! I don’t know if it’s the quality of the Pollock, the fish breading or the oil it’s fried in but the texture and taste is second to none.
