We happened to be in the area and saw the reviews for this restaurant. Hsb had the massive pork tenderloin sandwich. It was delicious. Brought half home. I had the Monday special Angus beef sliders. They were very good as well. We had fried mushrooms for appetizer and they were possibly the best mushrooms we ever had. 8 very large mushrooms. The breading was light and crunchy and a large serving. Everything was great. I felt the temperature in the restaurant was a bit cold but that could have just been me. We will be back!

Our food was delicious. Drinks were cold and tasty. Our server and the bartender were awesome. JJ was a doll and did a great job and Ed was so nice!

My Daughter selected this restaurant for our Mother & Daughter date. We arrived on a Sunday wasn’t too busy actually a laid back quiet environment. Our waitress was amazing, providing me the ingredients in all of the drinks I had questions about. I ordered the beef nachos with no beans & guacamole my order was prepared exactly the way I wanted it. The portions were plenty I couldn’t eat it all & took the rest home. My Daughter ordered the chicken sandwich with blue cheese she really enjoyed her chicken sandwich & fries. The waitress told us that there were coupons available that we could use for our dinner for a discount on our dinner. The waitress & staff were remarkable I would recommend this Restaurant.

My wife and I recently moved back to Kansas and this Burg and Barrel location has become our default go to place. Great menu items, plenty of rotating beers friendly servers and excellent management . Shout out to Ed who’s always friendly to us and comes by our table for an authentic conversation.

Checked out the place because I loved what I had seen online. I was greeted promptly and efficiently at the hostess stand. I was quickly seated. I reviewed the menu and my server greeted me quickly. I asked her for her recommendation. She suggested the bourbon glaze burger. The burger was juicy flavorful and well seasoned. The server was available but not pushy. The manager also checked to be sure things were satisfactory. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely return.
If i were to make one suggestion, it would to not put all the garnish on the bottom bun.

It’s a very noisy place but it’s a sports bar and seemed popular. Waitress was awesome and food was awesome. Their giant fried mushrooms are the bomb digittyyy. Great food. You won’t be disappointed

Bar had a lot of TVs. Bartender had almost no personality – could’ve been a lot more friendly and welcoming. This is nowhere near the best burger in the city. My bottom bun was completely soaked through. French fries weren’t anything to brag about.

Atmosphere is upbeat and fun! Happy hour is a good deal. Service was amazing. The appetizer pretzels were fluffy and warm— not pictured. Overall food was good, the smokehouse burger needed salt and would recommend having them add a sauce for flavor as it doesn’t come with sauce. Ordered medium rare and it came out perfect. The salad was delicious and I appreciate that the dressing came on the side. Will be back!

Server was new so I’ll give them a break but the server could have been better trained. The manager was extremely nice so great job on that behalf. The main problem was the deserts, not great in my opinion. The burger was pretty good but cooked considerably different from the other person who orders the exact same burger. We both ordered medium well yet mine was not pink, and the other persons burger was pink and rare. For how uncrowded the restaurant was I expected a little more but I would still recommend this restaurant. As someone who worked in restaurants before the manager did a great job but the owner should look into the menu a little bit more.
