We ate at their newest location: 2513 Ritchie St. in Crescent Springs KY. Great atmosphere which complemented the great food. Freshly made pizza dough and fresh toppings. Hand crafted and not your typical commissary ingredients. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten. Very friendly staff and welcoming family environment, but adult customers will find it to be a sophisticated bistro with good wine, beer, and spirit selection.

Interesting place located in an old bank. I’ve never been seated in the vault, but maybe you’ll get lucky. My wife likes this place because it has a good selection of gluten free pizza. I find the place a bit noisy.

I usually don’t write reviews BUT after dining at Buona Vita’s multiple times, the word needs to get out. Talk about a GOAL MINE!!! They do everything right! Great Food, Nice Atmosphere without feeling stuffy, Reasonable Prices, Really good Music sometimes on the weekends and a Great Staff. Everyone that works here seems to enjoy their jobs. I know this is a family owned business plus a few extras but when you walk in they truly are happy to see you and welcome you!!! Just one more thing. I have never been to a restaurant of any sort, that on my way out the door every-time we’re making Plans to (already) Come Back… I hope you enjoy Buona Vita’s as much as we do every time we go. Usually a big fan. Visited last month and ordered bread sticks, a salad, and a big pizza. The salad and bread sticks were good, but the pizza came out char burnt on the bottom. I notified the waiter and instead of offering to remake it or apologize, he explained to me that the restaurant was busy and they probably didn’t have a chance to clean the oven and caused it to burn. He walked away after explaining not offering an apology or anything else. Emailed the restaurant and to this day have not received a reply. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a salad and after eating some of it, I found a large bug with wings attached to a leaf of lettuce. The waitress didn’t come back to our table for quite some time so I had to get up and go to her to show her the huge bug in my salad. She said we won’t charge you for that, took the plate from me, used my fork to hide the bug under other lettuce on my plate and walked away. She never acknowledged it again. A manager never came over to apologize or offer something in it’s place. No discount was received on the rest of my bill and absolutely nothing was done about it other than removing the salad from my bill. To top it off, the chips with my sub were also stale. Unacceptable food, worse service! Never going back!

Great atmosphere! The pizza was good but not great. A great place to hang out with friends and have a few drinks. Just don’t expect a lot from the cuisine.

Pizza was wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too salty. Crust was like a cracker. Sauce wasn’t impressive. Had to sit in the dark outside (lghts not working). Air conditioner in window was noisy and background music/noise made it hard to conversate. Restroom: OMG! Smelled like dog and was skanky! Patio area looked dumpy. The place needs remodeled inside and out. The staff was friendly though. Would I return? I doubt it.

Awful, burnt pizza with wrong consistency of dough and cheap cheese on top, handed over in a box covered in tomato sauce. Rude staff. Go elsewhere!
