Ordered at the kiosk and it was very straightforward. No humans to take your order which I did find a bit odd.
I got the Classic Buona (the one in my photo) — it’s basically just beef and bread, and it came out to $9.41 with tax.
To be fair, it is their specialty and the beef is really good… I just feel like the price is a little excessive for how simple the sandwich is.
Inside is very casual: you order at the kiosk, grab a seat, and they bring the food out to your table. Nothing fancy, but it’s a nice big space with lots of tables, so finding a spot wasn’t hard. Staff was friendly too.

I ordered from this location yesterday. I ordered for 6 people in my house. They forgot my food. Which was fine because I called when i originally got my food delivered. They had me come back up there and get my food. My brother ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave him a burger. My mom ordered an Italian beef with cheddar cheese and they didn’t put the cheese on.

The food at the restaurant was great, I even bought a two lb bag to bring home and it was fantastic. I found tubs of beef at Aldi, however, it was not nearly as good as what I expected. I guess the answer is only buying from your restaurant, however I am almost two hours away. I was very disappointed and won’t be buying any more from places near me.

Haven’t been here in a while decided to get avocado pepper jack char-grilled chicken sandwich. Waited a little longer than expected for food to come out (drive thru order) but it definitely did not disappoint, super fresh, very good and well put together sandwich! Definitely recommend.

The staff is wonderful at Buona Bolingbrook. I made a mistake and sent my order to the Buona Montgomery location. The staff looked for my order until we realized it went to the wrong location. They honored my order and were very kind during the process. One particular young man at the window gave exceptional customer service. I wish I had his name.

Employees are terrific in possessing good customer focus, positive attitude, and hard work ethic. They accommodate special customer requests and serve food that is hot and delicious. I especially appreciated the manager Erika and server Mackenzie on my latest visit to this Buona location in Montgomery. The dining atmosphere is casual and comfortable. It’s a nice place to take the family for lunch or dinner. I plan to be back in the future!

Who knew that this kind of fast food could be so good? I ordered the cheese ravioli with sausage and it was delicious. Every bit as good as any big chain Italian restaurant, only here you will not pay the high prices. They do have a good selection of items to choose from as well.
