You make the greatest cheeseburgers around , I always get the double and the presentation was incredible. It wasn’t sloppy, it wasn’t greasy and it wasn’t beat up. It was beautiful and it showed that the chef cares. Employees were friendly and excellent at serving. There’s not a cheeseburger around that comes close to Buona beef cheeseburgers. I hope the employees are compensated because they do an excellent job.

I stopped into this fast-casual spot on a whim, and I’m so glad I did. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a super clean, modern atmosphere. The ordering process was quick and easy, and the staff genuinely seemed happy to help with recommendations.
My meal came out in just a few minutes, but the quality was far from “fast food.” Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and thoughtfully put together. You can tell they use great ingredients. Portions were generous without being overwhelming, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality.
What really stood out to me was the attention to detail—tables were spotless, drink station fully stocked, and the manager even checked in to make sure everyone was enjoying their meals.

Decent food, quick service. You order and food is brought to you at table. Had a burger and hot dog. Food tasted fresh. Asked for onions on my hotdog, I got a lot of onions but it was over cooked so didn’t taste as well. If you need a quick bite then this place isn’t bad.

Came here with a group of 8 and they were so kind and welcoming here! Our family are used to being an inconvenience when we go out but here the staff were happy to offer of their own volition to put together a couple of tables even when we would have been happy all squishing into one booth. The food was amazing as always and came pretty quickly. What a nice place to stop!

On one extraordinary evening, I sporadically decided to stop by Buona in order to enjoy one of their famous Beef sandwiches. After unintentionally building anticipation, I finally took a massive bite out of my beef and was suddenly overcome by an emotional response. I experienced that bizarre colliding of conflicting emotions, where crying meets laughter and they embrace each other. I am pretty sure that the staff and other customers believe me to be psycho, but that’s okay. If you have never been to Buona or have never tried their beef, then I highly recommend doing so and take your own emotional adventure down the Buona rabbit hole.

It’s 5F outside so it’s cold. I stopped in to pick up some eats for the fam. The kids got breaded chicken tender kid meals and the adults got bacon cheeseburger, combo beef with mozzarella and a hot dog. All were, expectedly, delicious. The service was stellar. Ms Vanessa took my order and I have to say that she was THE most friendliest person I’ve ever take my order. She was a ray of sunshine on this frigid day. If you wand a burger, beef or hot dog then forget about Portillos and go to Buona. You will get great food, great service AND be treated with kindness.

Asked for a cheesy beef combo with the sausage well done but got no combo lady said they made a mistake and said sorry, ok its cool but now i needed to wait and by that time my beef was cold. Would have been nice to switch my beef but it wasnt mentioned. Fries were good and there was a good amount of meat in the beef, drinks were really good we loved the lemonades and teas they had.
