For $35.00 you would expect better looking and tasting fries. Why would you even serve people food that’s not up to par. How hard is it to cook a fresh batch of fries. Would you want to eat cold, overdone, bland fries that looked like they’ve been in the warming bins for hours!!!! On top of that the beef is tasteless as well, there’s more flavor from the peppers than everything I’ve ordered. BTW, thanks for the 5 ice cubes in the soda!!!

I pre ordered a beef for pickup on your Buona App at 11:36 am and I got caught up with a lot of crap and did not show up until 8pm later that evening. The manager understood and made me a brand new beef with no extra charge. I love Your Beef and Other food that you have at the Oak Park Restaurant on North Ave. It is much better than the world famous Jonnies Beef which does not have the quality of Buona Nor the size and has gotten very expensive as each month goes buy. The restaurant is always clean and the staff has always been friendly. I have been going to Buona Beef for over 40 years. Thank You for everything you offer

I made 2 online orders for the same day for different events. Got the lemon chicken, salad and pasta. Tuscan pomodoro grilled chicken and Caesar salad for 30 people and got so many compliments. Thank you so much great job!

Heavy garlic scent, but I did not order the garlic bread upgrade.
Bread held up despite being skinny dipped; you don’t need to hide the sandwich with peppers or cheese when deciding on a good BEEF sandwich
Honestly, it’s a slightly inferior portillos beef. Therefore, a 3/5.
Overpriced for what you get, if a beef and fry and drink were $10.99, that could be fair, but it’s more. Also pepsi products only.
Good fries, nice and crisp. However, they are extremely reminiscent of Arby’s crinkle cut fries as well as the cheese sauce, so this is down to sharing a distributor.
Confusing entrance and drive-through for North Ave when the arrows tell you to drive into the oncoming drive-through. The other alternative is a no outlet street that you would have to skip the easy entrance and take that side street to get into the drive-through facing the correct direction.

It’s always a good experience. Especially if you walk in. Workers are attentive and the order has always been made fresh and correct. The only thing I don’t like about Buona Beef is their limp, mushy fries.

I used the drive-thru to take advantage of a National Pasta Day special. I always order a beef sandwich, but this time I got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. I would get it again, but I’d add some garlic or other seasoning before eating. It was a little flat.
