I ordered a vegan Italian beef, it took about 10 minutes. I was waiting in the car for it cuz I ordered from drive-thru. The manager came out and spoke to me. Offered me a free Coke and just told me to be a few minutes. She was so nice. Honestly you don’t see customer service like that. I don’t know if that’s the manager or not but how she carried herself I can only imagine. Best customer service I think I’ve had. But do not mind waiting when people are polite and courteousness of your time. That honestly was the best experience I’ve had in a long time.

On February 25th, 2026, I ordered a a BIG Combo sandwich, baptized and hot, with cheese fries. The sandwich was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL but the fries were cold because DoorDash does not care how they route their drivers. Going from your location to mine takes 15-20 minutes, not 45 minutes!!!THANK YOU, Shelly and the rest of your wonderful staff!! WOOHOO BUDDY!!

I had the strawberry avocado chicken salad, and it was the best salad I’ve ever had in my entire life, and I’m not even exaggerating. The atmosphere was peaceful and not too crowded at all, and our food came within 10 minutes. The waitress was very polite and brought our food with a smile on her face. I would 100% go back. Best first time experience ever.

Friendly service with a smile. But they don’t go out of their way to help. The food was absolutely awful. The fries were overcooked. The buono beef was terrible on stale bread and tasted, like ash for some reason. They were willing to remake the sandwich, but they put it on even more stale bread. And I had to physically ask them twice to make it, because they just forgot. OveranLl, bad experience won’t be returning to this specific buono. To be clear , I love buono , just not this one. Won’t be returning.

The service is great. Everyone is so friendly. The chopped salad dressing is a little bit too sweet. This salad is one of my favorites though. It’s very crunchy and fresh. This location is really loud. You hear people talking and loud alarms from ovens or something behind the counter.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about everyone working there. Shelly went above and beyond to help us feel like we mattered to her. Treated us like family when we asked if we could have a celebration of life at the restaurant due to it being my Dad’s favorite place to bring his classic car on Saturday nights. Food was great so helpful and kind when we were not sure how to pull this off. Without much time she made our day very special. Thank you so much.
