This place feels fairly new, but I had been hearing a lot of positive things, so I finally decided to try it out. I ordered a regular classic-style patty sandwich, and my friends and I shared fries along with onion rings.
The sandwich was genuinely tasty—simple, comforting, and made with care. The fries had a great mix of softness and crispness, making them really enjoyable. But the onion rings were the real highlight: perfectly crunchy with a rich, satisfying flavor.

Food was delicious. I ordered 2 hot dogs, twisters, and a drink. Drink options would be the only thing that could use other choices but no issues or problems. The food came out very fresh and well prepared. The staff was awesome and very friendly not just to me but to all the other guests that I witnessed come in and out.

Whatever you do, do not go here. I was eating my fries and milkshake right by the entrance. From the corner of my eye, I see a quick flash and sure enough it was a couple of rats crawling straight into the kitchen. Of course, I couldn’t grab my phone quick enough to catch it but I guess you’ll just have to take this testimony the way you will. The food is seriously mid and now I understand why the reviews are as bad as they are. On top of that… the service is below standard and the restaurant is filthy.

The level of delicious is unparalleled. The cheese, the fries. Everything is so good. Serving sizes are incredible. The staff is super friendly and nice. You have to ask for napkins, there’s a drink machine with free refills, it’s a great place to sit at the bar and have a hot dog. You can watch in the window and see all the craziness go by. It gets a little busy and it’s pretty small but definitely don’t skip this place. I love it. I am always happy when I drive by and I love the opportunity to stop in.

Ordered their Double Cheeses Burger with fries and shake via kiosk. It is okay. Very mediocre. Not juicy. Almost dry. Very pricey. Not worth the price. Had better quality burgers at other restaurants that are less of the price they ask for. I will not be coming back.

Don’t order early when they open (5:30pm)- seems like they just reheat and give you the leftovers from the night before. Wings were cold and didn’t seem fresh. I say this, because I ordered later last night (after 11pm) and the wings and fries seemed freshly cooked- they were hot and tasted good/fresh so I was excited to order again when they opened. Sadly, when I ordered right when they opened at 5:30pm- I noticed a very stark difference in the quality of food- wings were not hot and seemed reheated and the fries were stale. Absolutely gross. Will ask for refund from UberEats. Hopefully, I don’t get sick.

Got the Original Philly, the staff was super helpful to get it out quickly as I waited for my Lyft. Stayed warm all the way across the bay bridge!! Very delicious, nice staff!!
