I was really impressed! The ambience is so clean. It’s almost like it was built yesterday. We started with the bison Shelley that was a healthy portion, which a appreciate, and beautiful garnish is on top. I got the kale salad with quinoa and crest. Farro added chicken and it was absolutely perfect. Exactly what my diet needed.

Walked in, sat at the bar, food looked amazing, had a drink. It was a very warm and inviting place with a lot of people enjoying their time in Vail. Next time I come, I plan to try the burger. I hear it is and it looked amazing.

Every time we vacation in Vail we have enjoyed a dinner at Bully Ranch. The menu has definitely evolved over time, so different choices each visit. Food is great and it does get busy, so reservations recommended. This time we enjoyed the Crispy Brussels Sprouts, Toasted Farro and Quinoa Power Bowl, flatbread, and a sweet hot chocolate chip cookie a la mode to top it all off. Pleasant service and a lively place.

The portions are great. The burgers are flavorful and juicy, but not all the food was cooked to the same quality.

Servers have moderate but not professional knowledge. Apps and salads well made but somewhat under dressed. Rustic atmosphere. Extensive wine list. Light on dessert options. I’ll save Mains for another time.

The service was amazing. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. Really made our visit and dine in awesome. The food was also great, a little on the higher price point but as to be expected in the area. Buffalo chicken sandwhich and pretty much any of the burgers were delicious and big portioed. Cant say the same for the flat bread pizzas. The flat bread had no give and was pretty much a saltine cracker with cheese and toppings. But dont let that deter you. Again, the sandwiches are awesome!!

Wow! This place has two of the best burgers I have ever had. Granted, it’s expensive, but it is in Vail Village at the Sonnenalp and it’s totally worth it. Both the Bully Bourbon Burger and the Buffalo Black & Blue Burger are fantastic. And the Truffle Fries are great, too. My wife likes the cookie sandwich for dessert. The only downside is that they used to dip it in chocolate and now they only drizzle it with chocolate. You likely couldn’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
