I was in DC for a work trip and out taking some night photos, and Bulldog’s sign made me suddenly hungry for pizza. I sat at the bar, had a few beers, and ordered the Pepperoni Pizza to take back to my hotel room. I was able to meet the manager Moe, and I was able to take a couple of photographs of Moe and Dante (Moe on the right). I had a nice visit. The pizza exceeded my expectations. I will be returning to this spot on future visits back to the area.

I was recommended this place from off the street. I just had a craving for wings. Man oh man the best recommendation!!! Moe made sure I was taken care of my food was ready and hot ! And DONT MISS THE HAPPY HOUR PRICING! Amazing mid 2000s prices.

Drove in from North Carolina and while I was here, I looked up a few spots downtown for drinks and sports and came across Bulldog. Met the manager, Moe, who showed great hospitality and brought really good vibes. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a cool, chill bar.

MJ is an amazing waiter- she recognized me after a few visits and makes me want to be a regular! She’s always attentive to guests even when it gets busy. The pizza and beer prices for happy hour are also great for the area.

Been here a few times with my boys, we love it. We are very well appreciated here by staff. Even during a busy rush for a Caps game we still are accommodated with drinks, food, a place to sit, and a great time. Big shout out to Bulldog Sports Bar. Ask for Moe the manager or the bartender MJ, they are the coolest!
