Very polite customer service! I ordered a veggie rice bowl with a fried egg, and it was ready within 8 minutes. Food was enjoyable, my only complaint is the sauce I got was tiny, and you have to pay for a refill on a fountain drink. but, my portions were big for the price, considering it’s bellevue, and I got full so quickly from my portion!

Fantastic plate of beef bulgogi very friendly customer service. I did a walk around of the mall to see the options and the lady behind the counter was the only one to say Hi. That’s the reason I walked back around.

Food tastes ok, but the portion sizes are very little. Not worth it. Across the street, Chinese combo plate was half the price of the combo plate here (including tax).

Ever since Island Grill came in, I have been going there instead because their dishes are larger and better quality, especially the short ribs. But this place still has decent spicy pork plate/bowl so if I’m in the mood for something spicy I will come here.

15 dollars for a bowl of food and they make you pay for water. I asked for a refund and they gave me the food and a refund which is a nice thought.
Food is always really good and I’d be happy to treat myself to it every once and a while. But I don’t feel treated when I’m being nickel and dimed like that.

Ordered the spicy pork noodles, and asked for extra spicy. Did not disappoint! Very spicy but still kept it’s amazing flavor. Have had 6 dishes from here before and while they are all worthy of a 5 star rating the spicy pork noodles are to die for. But haven’t had a bad thing from here before and would comfortably recommend anything on the menu based on how everything else is.
