All walking distance offering a variety of foods.Yet Buku Vegan tops each and everyone of them! Buku vegan is tucked away in the kombucha bar also know as Main House Market this place of nostalgia has you coming back for more with their ever growing list of kombuchas a fermented tea that’s packed with probiotics which comes in many flavors brewed LOCALLY!

Awesome people, environment, and food! Jenny is really nice and very conscious of the products she uses to prepare her amazing dishes. We had tacos, mac n cheese, and the plantain sliders. All of them were very tasty and healthy. Feels good to find an establishment that is vegan and healthy. If you are in the area, or like us out of towners, be sure to plan a visit and try it out.

This is my favorite vegan place I’ve ever been to… And I’ve been to many around the world. The food/coffee 10/10, service 10/10, atmosphere 10/10, location 10/10.
I actually asked them to come decorate my house!
We ordered the tacos- freshly made tortillas, delicious sauce-one of the best bites I’ve ever had. I will be back many, many times.
The coffee is caramelized orange iced coffee. Delicious!!
Edit to add- we came back for brunch. Holy moly!!! Fantastic!!!

My family and I came to buku on a whim – we were at southern hills blueberry farms and wanted something new! We’ve been to most all vegan restaurants in central Florida and this was by far one of my favorites! The owner was so kind and you could taste the love put into each dish! Nachos were our fave bite and my kids loved the plant based burger and Mac n cheese. Despite the 40 miles drive from home we will definitely make it back

Black bean burger was the meal I ordered. With Haitian potato salad and spicy slaw. There was also a cool refreshing Hawaiian Punch Kombucha! Non-alcoholic.

Truly amazing vegan food! My only complaint is that I wish there was more variety on the menu. My husband and I have tried the tacos, sliders, and burrito. Great prices especially for the type and quality of the food. Everything we’ve tried has been exceptional in flavor, presentation, and size. Everything is really fresh and sits in your tummy so well. I’d love to see what else the chef can come up with. I also can’t wait to try the “brunch” only available on Sunday’s.

We Love this Vegan place!! Chef Jenny is a total sweetheart and her pulled jackfruit is on point! Our second time around was a lot busier and yet she was still able to step out and make sure everyone was doing okay. She’s so attentive of her craft and service and it does not go unnoticed. On top of that the place is the coolest spot to hang at. Delicious kombucha options, great ambiance and they also have a bunch of cool gifts and trinkets you can buy your loved ones
