It’s been been many years since we attended the seafood, buffet . The prices have increased and they no longer have raw oysters on the menu. However they did not disappoint, food was extremely delicious, waitress was very attentive.

The casino is a PIA. Their membership cards wouldn’t scan..”you have to put it in a certain way”. I spent more time trying to get the card to work than playing. A lot of vsir and switch on the slot machines if you’re not paying attention. Choosing a .01 denomination will cost you anywhere between .60 to 1.80 per spin. I guess I’m used to playing slots that you can choose your min bet. ‍♂️ needless to say, not going back. Isleta Casino is much better.

Overpriced. When dining with a group of six, an 18% service charge is added. We paid 36 per person, and the food was not very good. The service was terrible; the waitress never came to offer drinks. We won’t be back.

Came on a Thursday, paid $78 bucks for 2 adults an 2 kids. A bit pricey, but it was seafood boil night. We ate crab legs to our hearts content. The selection of food was great! Better than any of the other casinos in the area. The wait staff was friendly an kept our area clean and our drinks full.

This buffet is beyond delicious and the staff are amazing and friendly. There is so much different variety of food to choose from Amazing Cuts of steak , Salmon, Kabobs, brisket, mangolian food, asian food, eastern Indian food, Sushi, made to order pasta, salad bar, Pho and a hole section of amazing delicious dessert .

I would have to say that this buffet hands down is the best one in the Albuquerque area. Amazing food, they have such a large variety of food. Worth every penny.
The staff at all the food area are super helpful and friendly.

***Update***

Robert Griego (General Manager) reached out to me and my wife and apologized for our unpleasant previous experience. He invited us out to their first steak night dinner and had a table ready for us near the steak station. Our waitress was nice and accommodating. Thanks to Mr. Griego, we will be returning customers!

Terrible, terrible, terrible, did I mention terrible all-you-can-eat dining experience at this buffet, and it started soon as we checked in with the cashiers. We walked into three cashiers talking really loud amongst themselves, and they all seemed bothered that we interrupted their conversation. This should have been a sign to run as far away from this place as possible! Especially since it was not busy, no one was in line, and there were several empty tables. We begrudgingly paid the $95 and some change since we already made the long 45-minute drive to get there, and this was our first visit since the renovation.

Another sign for us to run away from this place as far away as possible was the fact that there were several empty tables. Other than me and my wife, we may have seen 6 or 8 people dining in. Prime rib night is every Friday evening. Mind you, this is a big place that seems equipped to seat up to 100 or more people. Also, why was it slow on prime rib dinner night? Again, there was probably a reason for this, and his name is Lorenzo.

If this place is promoting prime rib dinner night, you think management would want someone serving the prime rib to be friendly, courteous, respectful, and helpful? Right? Wrong! We said good evening to Lorenzo, and we were ignored. Thinking that he may not have heard us, we asked how his evening was going, and he ignored us again. He just gave us an eye roll, then ungracefully handed us our prime rib. When we sat back down at our table, our waitress asked how we were doing, and I told her about how rude Lorenzo treated me and my wife. She insisted on getting a manager sent to our table to hear our concerns. When the manager greeted us, we explained our terrible experience at the prime rib station with Lorenzo and how he seemed to not want to be there. The manager defended him, saying he was probably just having a bad day. From someone who had previously worked in customer service for over 10 years, this is complete bulljive! I get it and understand we all have bad days. However, when someone has to greet you twice, you still say nothing, give an eye roll, that is rude and unprofessional!! Even on my bad days, I would still acknowledge the customer, and the greetings would be reciprocated.

We feel this manager escalated this situation for the worst and said he would talk to Lorenzo. We highly doubt he would talk to him, considering, after the manager left our table, he did not walk directly to the prime rib station. Instead, the manager walked in the opposite direction from the prime rib station, making us feel he did not listen or care about our concerns. Guess there was no sense in urgency. We can only assume the manager was going to wait later on in the evening to talk with Lorenzo or not talk to him at all.

Our waitress was nice and asked us how our conversation with the manager went. At this point, we were still frustrated and disappointed with Lorenzo and the manager. All we could tell her was thank you for being hospitable, but we will not be returning to this place ever again!!

A very nice restaurant newly renovated less than one year. The buffet consists of American Classic (steakhouse like, pork, tritip… etc), Latin dishes, tacos, ceviche, Asian grill noodle soup, ramen and pho, Mongolian grill, Fresh veggie and salad with many tropical fruits. They even a Bakery section with pastry and good sweetness. $14.99 plus tac for adult and $9.99 for child 11 years old or younger. Come and check it out yourself. Every day has a different theme. Today is Sunday and it was Matanza. I was told Friday and Saturday are the best. Crab Boil night on Friday. Steak and Lobster Night on Saturday from 4pm to 10pm. A decent buffet experience on Sunday.

66$ for a buffet. That’s crazy! Who could eat that much food? Food in casinos are normally cheaply priced. This normally brings people to the casino. Food at rout 66 casino is expensive and it’s far drive from Albuquerque

Call me a cheapskate if you must, but $41.40 for a single person at the buffet is unreasonable, maybe that’s the going rate in New Mexico but I thought I heard her wrong when they told me the price. Nope, she didn’t not misspeak and I didn’t misunderstand.
