DO NOT ORDER FOR A GAME DAY! We have ordered for a game in the past, and the food was extremely late and we missed the first part of the game. This time, we ordered early and called to make sure they would have the food on time. We showed up 15 minutes earlier than our pickup time, and were told the wait would be 1-1.5 hours. I understand Super Bowl is a busy day for wings, but don’t lie to your customers when they call and say the food will be ready on time, make them come all the way to the store, then tell them about the egregious wait time. We will not be ordering here again.

I’ve been trying to make my situation right since my order in the beginning of January. The staff was great and made the best of the situation but they were very clearly overwhelmed. They were out of numerous sauces, all dips (ranch/blue cheese) and they were so backed up my order was cold to the touch when it finally was handed over, nearly an hour late. I feel bad for the staff since they told me they couldn’t stop online orders and they couldn’t issue any refunds, they said the owner had to do all of that. The food we did receive was inedible and we were still charged for several items even though they were out of stock.
I’ve been in contact via the support form on BWW’s website and have been promised, for over 2 months now, that the franchise owner would be reaching out to make things right. They have still not reached out.
I love BWW and I absolutely will come back to give this place another shot but not until someone makes this right.

BROOOOOOO! Bdubs got the goods! Their wings are LITERAL MAGIC, and that Queso Dip? Game changer! My bros and I hit up the Parker location after a long hike at Castle Rock, and it was the perfect spot to refuel. Service was fire, and the vibes were immaculate. If you’re in the 80134 area, GET. TO. BDUBS. 10/10 would recommend, and I’m not even mad about the wait times ♂️

I’ve been going to B dubs since there was only 1 in Arvada that I was aware of. Back then you got big, hot wings. All of these franchises have really drove the brand into the ground. In Parker, I recommend going to Golden Flame. I had been reluctant to do a B dubs “Go” as watching football and drinking beer is the huge draw for their small wings these days, but I finally tried this location and was let down.
Atmosphere- 0/1 – it’s a To-go shop so it’s not really their fault, but B dubs is about sports and beer with your wings. Huge let down, but it’s the intended purpose
Staff- 0/1 they forgot half my order after having to sit there way longer than my pick up time. I went during halftime for the playoffs for a reason. Then they were annoyed when I came back to get the wings they didn’t give me. I’m sorry I had to come back a second time to get what I paid for. No sorry from them, no accountability.
Wings- 0.5/1 sauce is good, wings were tiny and cold. Sauce is good flavor.
App- 0.5/1 couldn’t customize the way I wanted to even for a cost but they automatically added a discount which was nice
Overall, lackluster 1☆ outting.

This place really sucks they always char the food and burn it bad or sometimes undercook food i have had bad experience several times and not once but their service has been unapologetic and continue to serve poor food hence this review . Its just a franchise so they can do a lot better than this ..

The only reason we order at buffalo wild wings is for your amazing sauces. We ordered for takeout on 11 April 2023 8:37 PM. We were shocked to see that there is no sauce on some wings at all. You can see the images below. Looks like the wings are not tossed in sauce. They just put the wings in box and poured some sauce on it. Pathetic service!!!

Be prepared to wait an extra 50 minutes for your order. Ordered 2 things of 10 count wings. I have a 3 year old. Get there right when it said it would be ready and have to try to entertain a toddler for 50 minutes. I would’ve gone somewhere else if I knew I’d have to wait this long. They need to fix their time estimate. Oh and don’t expect anyone to be available to talk to ask. Then when you finally get your food it’ll be cold!

Incorrect delivery order (missing the flavor seasoning) . Mistakes happen but I called the store and whomever answered sounded annoyed that I called. Was offered a partial refund or I could come get my seasoning. Asked for partial refund then was essentially hung up with no mention of how much the refund was.
