Newly opened location and I’m excited they did this because the one on Touhy is always busy and the service is terrible. This new location is clean, staff is friendly,and the food was great. Even though is a to-go only location, they do have a few seating available for a quick bite. I came in and was helped and given my food as soon as they were ready. Our food was great and made right. I like how the changed the to-go boxes and there is t so many when you order multiple wings. Definitely coming back again!

Went for the pre opening for the free meal they were giving out. The food was surprisingly good for a takeout place. My only critique would be that they didn’t explain the sauces very well. I didn’t understand that the sauce for the wings is tossed with it but the sauce for the tenders are on the side. Besides that though I am really pleased with my experience here and would definitely go back.

Going in there looks so depressing no music no life with the employees. The lady upfront didn’t say hello or even acknowledge us so the cook came and took the order. The lady upfront lied to someone on the phone and said all the tables were full when they weren’t. As a business owner myself I wish I had the opportunity to own business like this but you can’t blame the employees it’s the poor management who don’t know what they’re doing. Hope the owner sees this and fix the establishment as he has a gold mine in his hand with this location

Absolutely terrible experience and even worse customer service.
I placed an order for 10 wings and fries, and the cashier told me it would be about 14 minutes. Almost an hour later, I still had nothing. When I walked up to the counter to politely ask about my order, they literally shooed me away and told me “they’re working on it.”
This place is a complete joke. Unprofessional, rude, and clearly has no idea how to treat customers. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.

Horrible service, employees are more worried about taking shotgun shots in back than your order. Place my order the day before to be ready at 5, waited till 5:45 and was refused a refund or any help.

This location never has friendly staff, ice or soda. I waited at the counter for about 7-10 minutes tonight, 3 staff members saw me come in and said give them a minute. Finally a woman walked up and “ what you want?” I told her nothing, and left. Horrible experience and will never go back!

The app was having an issue so I had to call and place my order I dread calling places but Kenyea answered the phone and was so nice! She sounded happy and glad to help me. When I went in to pick up my order Nehemiah was at the register and was smiling greeted me asked if I was placing an order or if I was doing pick up. He was friendly. He seemed happy just the whole atmosphere was really good. They both gave me really good customer service and just the atmosphere alone between the employee seemed to be happy which you really don’t see much in restaurants anymore. The food was great also!

I ordered the 20 traditional wings with half wild sauce and half spicy garlic for carry out. I wasn’t sure what sauces I wanted and I asked for some recommendations based on what I liked.
Ebony, the General Manager, was so helpful and patient with me and explained the taste and level of heat each sauce that I asked about had. Everything was fresh AND hot. I’m definitely coming back for more.

Order 30 boneless wings size was very small and barely any sauce on the wings. There was only one kid working there and he looked like was barely 15 . We had order Wingstop few days ago boneless wings meaty and very well sauced. Wonder if BWW does any quality checks on this stand alone location. Will not be ordering from this togo location.
