Picked up an order for a party I was having and I swear the food was gone in 10 min. Everyone loved it! Even though my party was 30 mins away, the food was still hot when I put it out. They were so helpful with which flavors to get so all my guest would have something they liked. I will definitely be ordering again!!

So at around 7:15 pm today. I came in for my 20pc wing order. I saw two girls working. Girl #1(bigger girl with brownish hair), and Girl#2(shorter skinny black girl with red dyed hair). I ordered 4 flavors, one of them being the “orange” chicken sauce. When I came in, I overheard Girl#1 asking Girl#2 if what she tossed the wings with was the orange sauce that I specified I wanted with my order. Girl#2 says, and I quote “its tastes the same”. Girl#1 did nothing about it, and proceeded to hand me the order. I saw no reason to make a huge deal out of it, especially since I did not have time to wait for a whole nother batch of wings, but thought I would share this for anyone planning on ordering here for the future. Mind you, instead of just tossing the wings in a random sauce, I would have been fine if they had just offered to exchange the flavor for another of my choosing since they ran out, but they didnt even bother. Its very wrong to just assume, and give someone something they had not ordered and totally be ok with it. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Both times I’ve been here food was ready on time, good cook on the chicken, perfect sauce, and hot. Bdubs does not deliver across all of those often but this place is 2/2 for me. Juan and his team run a tight ship and care ab the product. Visited 1/8/2026

Do not get food from this Store Ever!
They are slow at making your food, like 45 minutes to an hour slow! On top of that, all they do is fight and argue in front of customers, sit on their phones, I saw a man back there cough and sneeze all over the food, No gloves! They all sit behind the counter and eat your food while making other orders!
Run for your life!
