This is the worst location ever. I have ordered here multiple times and each time there are issues. Timing is way off, food is cold, food is simply bad. Today was the worst experience and the last time I ever order from this location.
The onion rings were terrible, both the traditional and bone-in wings were way over fried to the point I could not eat them, the mozzarella sticks were over friend and under cooked, and the fried pickles were simply undercooked. This is shameful, especially for the cost. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION (unless your life depends on it for some reason).

Ordered food off of DoorDash and I opened my bag I thought my double bacon cheeseburger would be put together but I only received the patties and cheese. No bacon, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no buns, no onions, no ketchup or mustard. Very disappointed

If I could rate them a zero I would. Aside from the fact that my food was not ready at the time provided it was cold when handed to me. I was advised that adding the sauce to the wings is what makes them cold and I should’ve gotten the sauce on the side. I have never heard of this before from a restaurant. I preceded to ask for a refund and was told I could not receive one. This is by far the worst BW3 I have ever been to in my life. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone!

I think so you guys have no idea what buffalo wings. First off, let me say I am totally in all capital letters! Appalled about this fake buffalo wild wings franchise that do not give you the same quality food as if I was at a dining location. First of all I ordered a chicken sandwich. The picture was a nice thick chicken sandwich that I normally get at a dining location, this location off of Port Washington in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The chicken patty was thin as a paper plate and it was something that I would get from JJ‘s restaurant from a wraps, not trying to be racist. The chicken was old. He told me and showed me that they don’t even cook fresh chicken. He said it’s impossible. They do something called flash fry. They cooked the chicken partially put it in a warmer and then when you come to order it hours later, they dump it in the grease, which is disgusting and can get you sick. They touch boxes taking out garbage did not wash their hands. None of them was speaking clear English and understand it and had the nerve to charge me the same prices as a dine in it gave me old food that was not buffalo wild wings standard, and I didn’t have buffalo wild wings for over eight years. I do not recommend going to any Buffalo wild wings that says go on the end of it. these are franchisees with knock off food and ingredients.

*Edit: I’ll be fair since the bbq burger and fries were perfect, I called as soon as I saw the mozzarella sticks and explain what most likely happened, they stuck together in the fryer, asked for refund on just the sticks, still haven’t seen it.

I just picked up food. While eating I found a sharp chicken bone in my ranch. I have no way of knowing if it is cooked or sanitary. I have attempted to call them 4 times to report the issue to avoid any further issues and they have not answered once. I have not even been prompted to a voice mail. Horrible service.

Horrible!!!! If I could give this business a zeo star I would’ve. The guy at the front was literally digging in his nose while talking with me. I should have never picked up my preorder food but I did. After getting home I took one bite out of a wing and it tasted like an old dried wing. I tried another one and it tasted the same. It wasn’t just the skin it was the actual meat that was hard. I’ve purchased wings from Buffalo wild wings before and it has never tasted like these wings. The fries were also hard and cold. I couldn’t believe how horrible the food was. I called to complain and I was immediately told, “There’s nothing we can do, that’s the standard”. His immediate response let me know that he probably says this all the time. I will never come back to this location. These reviews are true! The customer service was horrible along with the food!

This is not a one-time issue. The food is often cold, the orders are frequently incorrect, and when we try to call, no one answers. The phone either goes to an automated system or the call is disconnected. We have attempted to call multiple times without success. This has happened more than four times at this location. Overall, it is not a reliable place to order from.

Great place tha wings and fries are good. There are TVs to show how your order is doing. Also little table if your waiting or going to eat. Look for limited sauces.
