We ordered this food to go on a weekday just wanted something different. I tried to get the orange chicken boneless wings, which were not tossed and sauce but instead sauce poured on the bottom of my container and they just threw regular nuggets on top. My fries were not hot. They were OK, but they were not hot. They didn’t have a drink that I wanted. I won’t say the service was bad or good. It was just mediocre only because I was picking up my order and then it was probably a hour before them closing so really nobody was in there, but the establishment was clean. I’ve never had Buffalo wild wings before and with this experience I see why I’m not really too big of a fan. I asked for carrots on the side with blue cheese and ranch dressing, the carrots were slimy and they gave me a half a teaspoon of blue cheese, which was ridiculous. Also, the ranch was kind of water down so I just wasn’t wild about my experience and know there aren’t any pictures because this was takeout and it was to go. I’m just giving my honest opinion.

Ordered online through the app. App said pick up was 11am the next day, i called in at 10pm and asked why. Lady said they dont control the app and when i asked if they where open she said yes but they where not taking orders. Unfortunately for her i was standing on the opposite corner and saw they had shut down an hour early. Super cool, i would love to milk the clock for an extra hour by shutting down as well. Picked up food next day, day shift made it ok. Nothing to write home about. Lady at counter was very unfriendly or personable. Definitely will never, Never, go to the Akron Buffalo wild wings again. I’m usually not a fan of BWW. Let’s face it, they’re usually overpriced and their number one achievement is the world’s best fries. However, boneless wings Thurs are a deal and a half and the garlic parmesan wings are insanely delicious.

Nice place and cool spot. Staff was nice. Will say tho, getting harder and harder to want wings from B-Dubs. The wings are so small, they’re not even enjoyable. All you think about is how much you paid because the size of them are a laughing matter. Sad how bad it has got. Seems to be a big problem nationwide, but nothing is changing. Please get some normal size wings (which wings is in your name), and help make the price worth it. Just upsetting. As of now tho, looks like I will only get if I have gift cards. Got 15 wings from this B-dubs location 4 nights ago and below is a pic of 5 of them…all were that size. Tonight, got pizza and wings from Gioninos (on Main St) and their 6 wings were large and meatier. So it’s possible to have larger wings B-Dubs. Will just go to my favorite pizza place, for wings, going forward.

The ‘Go’ in the name must be because they’re ’go-ing’ away soon. Red flag one, I walk in and the guy behind the counter is on the phone. I hear him say “oh he must have forgotten to put sauce on them.” Interesting when wings with sauce on them is the main part of your restaurant….So I tell him the pickup name and have to wait several minutes for it. It as fine because it was a a bogo boneless wing night so I figured they’d be busy. I get my order and get home and not a single item in the bag is right. We ordered a bunch of boneless wings. In the bag was an order of bone-in wings, cauliflower wings, tater tots, potato wedges and a ton of ranch. Very SAD.

The reason for my low stars is the amount of food you get for the price. Almost $16 for an appetizer of breaded cauliflower and it’s only a few pieces. Not even enough for one person.
