This was a really disappointing experience. There was more sauce smeared all over the outside of the containers—possibly BBQ or teriyaki—than there was on the actual wraps we ordered. And to be clear, we didn’t even order anything that should’ve come with that brown sauce, so it just felt messy and careless.
On top of that, the ranch cups were completely missing, as was the dip that’s supposed to come with the onion rings. Speaking of those onion rings, we received only five rings in the regular-sized BEER-BATTERED ONION RINGS, which cost $6.49. That’s absolutely not worth the price.
Overall, the order felt rushed and sloppy. For the price and brand, I expected better attention to detail.

This review is specifically for the one employee working there yesterday, Scott. He seemed to be the only one working there, making the food and dealing with the customers. Some people might have been in over their head, but not him. He was very respectful, even to customers who were being rude to him. Despite how busy he was, he made sure the orders were all correct. I hope management appreciates him, because he really went above and beyond.

I ordered food from the BWW app. The app arranged DoorDash to deliver my food. DoorDash delivered me the wrong customers order. The BWW store worker Scott agreed that the driver took the wrong food and my order was still at the store. Scott said he couldn’t give the driver my order because it was over an hour old now and not fresh, and he couldn’t remake my order (without me replacing the order for another $46) or refund me the amount I paid. He said the store GM would call me and issue me the refund. It has been 6 days and no call and no refund. I contacted DoorDash and they won’t do anything because I didn’t use their app to order. So, I’m out $46 and never got my food. But BWW and DoorDash got their money and the DoorDash driver got his tip…. Not the best customer experience or effort from this location to address my issue…..

Stood inside for 20 minutes and rang the bell up front 3 times. No one ever came up and I placed my order for a 2:50 PM pick up. I couldn’t wait any longer. I had to leave without getting my food.

Disappointed in the chicken tenders that I had ordered due to size proportions. Consisted of 5 skimpy and small pieces of chicken tenders that seemed to have been out of the fryer for a decent amount of time and werent very warm. The fries also seemed to be lacking the proportion size you get when you dine it. The mozzarella sticks were the same as they are whenever i order in. I spent $25.61 for this food and was not satisfied. Would not highly recommend ordering food from here unless you’re on the verge of starving and want to spend more money for not a lot of food. The service from the employee that cashed me out was good, no complaints there.

It has been about 6 months since we last went to this location because of our awful previous experiences but we decided, once again, to give them a try. I ordered a bogo 6 (so twelve) with wedges and a 20 boneless with fries and a side of honey BBQ. The order was placed at 406 and when I arrived at 416, they said they just received it (I expected to wait a little bit knowing I got there early but was not expecting them to not even see the order yet. the store had only one other order pending on the screen so the store was not busy) so not sure why it took so long for them to notice. There is never an employee there to greet customers so you have to ring the bell at which they come out looking rather annoyed to be bothered. I proceeded to wait until 438 when two different people finally came out to give me the order, in which they looked shocked to see human beings existed on earth. I was in a hurry so didn’t check the order but when I got home I realized that they gave us one with 12 wings and then the other with 12 wings instead of 20. They also forgot the side of honey bbq. I’m sorry but this will be the final time we get orders from this location. We gave them so many chances but in the end, the employees clearly do not care about getting orders correct. We have never a single time gotten a correct order from this location. Please get better management and/or employees.

Was super excited to get a BWW so close to home but was quite sad when I found out it was a quick grab and go pit stop type place. There are a few TVs with sports on but zero beer. Has more of a cafeteria vibe than it’s original pub atmosphere. The food was exactly what you know and love from the franchise so that’s good to ‘GO’ I’d call ahead to place your order. Glad to have another place to grab a quick meal.
