Yes it’s new , yes the staff are new but… the team stayed positive.They were extremely polite . The team was definitely trying their best it’s not easy taking so much orders. My daughter said it was yummy and she’s is extremely picky and even my wife enjoyed it !!! And I think one the of the managers reminded employees to wash hands and wear gloves which is very important ! Traditional wings were delicious ! Chicken didn’t taste old ! The all American burger needed some more seasoning but it was juicy ! Fries very crunchy ! This will be added to my routine!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely terrible service. Ordered food around 5:15pm and was told it would be ready for pickup by 6pm. Stood in line until 8pm. I finally got my food and checked the bag, only to discover it was not what I ordered. I informed the staff and after waiting an additional 30 minutes, they still gave me the wrong order. There needs to be order set into place here because it’s completely out of control. Please do better.

I’m in trouble ! As much as I’ve wanted a BWW close by, it’s NOT good for my summer Bod!! I was actually on my way to Chipotle and no one told me this opened up. But BWW, you did not disappoint, well except for the onion rings. I don’t know if they were to big or not enough for the box, either way, it didn’t take away from my BWW experience. The chicken was fresh, hot and tasted just like they were suppose to. Staff was friendly, cool place to sit in and eat and food is tasty!! I don’t know how I’m going to stay away.

The lady at the register has always been helpful and pleasant both times I was there, probably the better part of the experience. The food though, much to be desired. The sauces I have tried thus far are nasty. And the wings I had today were just dry. So much breading, chicken seemed old like they were sitting under a heat lamp for a while and they barely had any sauce on them. Very disappointed, for almost 20 bucks I don’t think I will be going again.

This was my first time at this restaurant, excited to try some delicious wings, but I was extremely disappointed. I ordered syrups for my daughter and specifically asked for them to be mild, but they arrived spicy. I complained to the waitress, but she ignored me. I gave her the food back because it wasn’t what I ordered, and she did nothing to fix it. What a huge disappointment from such a large restaurant chain!

I’ve had a consistently great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The service here really stands out! Especially the manager, who always remembers people’s names and treats everyone with respect. It makes you feel welcome every time you walk in. My orders are always correct, the food comes out fresh, and the overall atmosphere is enjoyable.

The food is good but the customer service is not. Apparently if you order through the BWW app or through their website, there’s nothing they can do to assist you in modifying your order. They’re unable to cancel it or change it. So if you made a mistake on your order and the food is still not being made, they can’t help you with correcting it or canceling it. I asked the manager to help me with correcting my order and she was dismissive and said she couldn’t even though I booked directly through BBW and the food was still not being made. Also, there was an employee screaming and cussing at all the other ones because she was upset and all the other employees, including the manager, were laughing, very unprofessional.

2nd time I’ve been here. Both times servers were rude. Food was 20 minutes late. They were out of a sauce I ordered and acted like they could care less. Never again.
