Placed an online order in the morning on Super Bowl Sunday. Chose 5:10 pick up time. Finally asked for a refund at 7:10 after standing inside the store for two hours. Maybe don’t take WAY more orders than you can handle??? To top it off, the manager couldn’t even be bothered to say sorry. Pathetic.
Update: If you write a negative review and the owner replies telling you to fill out an online form, DO NOT BOTHER! Nothing will come of it. Waste of time. Big surprise.

I’ve been coming here since the launch of the store and have had excellent service consistently. Food is great and service time is quick. Customer service is great and Erwin has consistently been there to help with any problems I have with my order. Overall an amazing location!

This company in Kensington is not ready for big events like the Super Bowl because they always run late with orders. I ordered my food at 4:30 and it’s been 3 hours, I still haven’t got my food. Also, when I want to cancel my order I can’t do it on the website so I have to call.

The food is consistently good like at other Buffalo Wild Wings locations. I am deducting stars because this new location in Kensington is not configured for the convenience of customers. You can park in the lot directly in front of the store and there is a huge lighted sign. But when you reach the door you discover it is an employee entrance and you are forced to walk around the building to the other door on the sidewalk.

Thank you Napur for completely ruining my experience at this location. It is so crazy to think that just yesterday I was telling a random stranger to come here because I’ve had such a nice experience, but now today that has entirely changed because of the rude, stingy, and plain nonsensical interaction I was forced to have. I was given bone-in wings when I ordered boneless wings. A simple mistake, one would assume a simple remedy. No such luck here!! After driving back to the location and making them aware of the mistake, (instead of apologizing and then correcting it) I was questioned and told that I ordered it that way. (Didn’t).
Let’s pretend I did accidentally order bone in instead of boneless, One would still assume the solution would be to remake it the way the customer wants it! Not for Napur! It is more important to her to scrape every cent and be “right” than to give the customer a good experience.
My addiction to the honey barbecue sauce is the only reason that I will be coming back and if I see her there, I will happily walk right out, CHICKENLESS.

This is my new favorite location for Buffalo wild wings. I enjoy the service everything came out fast and high. I got the cheeseburger the blazing wings and I got to try some of the other flavor wings. Everything was delicious and everything felt fresh. I’m so glad they opened this new location, and I’ll definitely be visiting soon again!

Super Bowl was a disaster. Ordered days ahead. Pickup time was delayed by 2 hours. I felt bad for the staff due to many angry people waiting in that tiny place. Apparently they have no cutoff for taking orders and were overwhelmed.

Unfortunately there’s no way to respond to your response so I will be adding to this review. I’ve gone through the FAQs before and reached out to. I guess it’s corporate. That’s a nightmare and you rarely get a response or a solution. So a different path is needed.
