Do not go here ! Just like with every other fast food chain now a days they just simply do not care there no thing as customer service they sit on there cell phones and than I wonder why my ranch isn’t in my bag when I drive 20 mins home I mean is the job that hard to put ranch in the bag my food was cold and under cooked barely any sauce I also waited for 20 minutes there were 2 other customers in there store and I only got two things .. got home no ranch or blue cheese in bag ! Place is gross

I just got home from my first visit ever to BWW. I had 6 Thai Curry traditional wings , 6 mild traditional wings , French fries and a fountain drink . The place was clean and staff were very nice . I hate when the credit card machines asks you to leave a tip when all they did was take my order . Why would I leave a tip . I should get the tip . I drove there walked to the counter ,ordered my food , brought my food to my table and cleaned up my table and threw away my trash all the cashier that took my order is just stand there. The Thai curry wings weren’t what I was expecting . I was hoping for something like a sweet Thai chili sauce . I recommend that to be added to the menu. I ate a couple of those wings but they just weren’t my thing . The mild wings were good . I would order them again. The fries were covered in pepper but not bad nothing special . Just like any other fast food joint. The biggest reason I gave three stars is that none of the tables had any condiments…. Salt , pepper ketchup and the biggest thing they didn’t have was that they didn’t have any napkin dispensers anywhere. It’s a wing joint how do you expect a customer to eat 12 wings with the 4 napkins you put in my bag. I had to keep asking them for more napkins . But I will try again . I will add a pic. Try to find any napkin dispensers . Makes zero sense for a place that sells mostly wings .
My last complaint is on these reviews . I wish the owner that comments would actually explain what he is going to do to improve the place rather than just saying to fill out a form that he knows no one will do or call a number … do better .

We Ordered 2, 6 piece boneless wings, I paid then saw this sign 5 seconds after and they wouldn’t honor their own deal nor was it mentioned AND they gave me wings with bones when I had to say boneless 5 times AND forgot my sauce. Doesn’t deserve any stars. Yes it was a Thursday. Really sad, also I gave a tip, definitely coming here was a MISTAKE. better off getting wings anywhere else and heating them up. Atleast you’ll get what you wanted. Bad business not honoring your huge sign… shameful and each employee new they were dishonoring it, maybe it’s the power trip? So slow there too not like it was busy. Anyway thanks for a terrible experience.

The store gets a 5 for me. Been to multiple GOs in NJ and this team was great. Very helpful and nice and the food also hit the spot.

I had heard bad things about this particular location but I wanted to try it out for myself. Went in for the first time last night and everyone was right. I walked in and the first thing you hear is the music cursing up a storm for all the people to hear as soon as you walk in. Good thing my kids weren’t with me. Then, it took a few minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. I ordered onion rings, honey bbq boneless wings, fried pickles and my drink of course which was about $25-$26. After waiting about 10 minutes I got my food. The wings were STONE cold . The pickles and the onion rings were ok I suppose but, how are the wings stone cold? I will never come back. Between the steep price, the below average service, the inappropriate music and the cold wings I’m good. Never again. Stay away it’s not worth it.

I don’t really take time out to rank a resteraunt but this place was absolutely the worst. I had high hopes when they first came but this last time was it for me. I expected more onion rings for 6 bucks number one. My sons cheese curds you couldn’t even cut through….and the boneless wings were like rocks. I hope this place shuts down. Not only that but I placed my order and then it still took 20 minutes after my time to get my actual order. Maybe they were cooking everything a third time to be unedible? I don’t know who owns this local one but they do not know how to manage a place that deals with actual paying customers and expectations on how to deliver their product.

Second day open. Ordered two orders of boneless wings for my wife and myself, from super friendly associate. Seemed like a long wait for the food. I was not asked if I was dine in or take out. The order came in one two compartment box which was inconvenient for the two of us. The wings were nice size and tasty but not hot temp. Suggestions: monitor the serving temp. Provide a better plating option for dine in.

Horrible. Soggy wings. Second time they’ve got my order wrong. This time they forgot an item, I called and they said they would refund me. I trusted they did this- they did not. Never ordering from here again.
