The food was okay. The wings were cold and seemed old. The sauce on the wings was too salty to be eaten. The fries were also old and hard. The plain tenders were okay. We all really liked the macaroni and cheese it was good. The cheeseburgers were also good too. Pick up was easy and quick. I think it was too expensive for half of the food to not be good enough and too salty to eat.

We came out tonight on a whim and we were between two places and unfortunately this was our pick. We decided on the pick 6. I chose the boneless wings. They came out looking like they had been in the hot hold bin for at least an hour and were HARD. Asked for different ones very politely, they obliged and brought slightly less old ones right out. Oh well, I would get over it. I have a lot of grace for this industry because I work in it and have for over a decade. I’m a bartender myself. However the service we experienced tonight was unacceptable from someone who does the same jobs point of view and especially from my management point of view. Our server barely spoke two words to us, never checked in, I had to wave her down for my wing issue, slapped the check down and walked away when we wanted to order desert. So we were forced to decide against the cookie skillet and just leave. When I said thank you, I got a “yup” and that was it. I’ve never in my life left less than a 20% tip until tonight when I left 13% for our server Jaime. She wasn’t busy, she wasn’t scrambling, she just didn’t give a crap and it showed. Totally ruined the fun evening out we wanted to have with my five year old. We had better service from the girl serving the table behind us and all she did was get us ketchup. So Jaime at the Spokane Valley BWW, please do better.

My fiancè and I decided to dine in at the Spokane Valley location and shared a few of the bottomless apps (LIMITED TIME OFFER) + my birthday reward for 6x bone-in wings. The primary reason Buffalo Wild Wings deserves a 5-star rating was for the outstanding customer service provided by our waiter, Zach. Not once did my drink go empty. Zach was personable, friendly, and made all the difference in how we view this location. We’ve been known to be disappointed with the Northside Spokane location a few too many times, but this experience alone restored our faith in the franchise. Although we live much closer to the Northside location, the hospitality from the entire team is the reason we will make future drives to this location. From the time we left the patio to the door, 4 different employees said, “Thanks for coming in, have a great rest of your day”. Professional, courteous and friendly.

Ordered delivery through the app took 1hr and 45 minutes. My delivery driver waited for over 45 minutes at resturant because they “lost my order” they finally found it after it had been sitting forever and received it ice cold at no fault to delivery driver. And things were still missing. Food wasn’t bad though. Basic but not bad. Feel really bad for driver.

Ordered combined spicy garlic and garlic Parmesan boneless wings to go and got separated spicy garlic and buffalo. Some of the wings were overly massive and had a lot of gristle and chewy parts making them inedible. No part of this order was right and I’m home with a hungry kid and can’t even get my wasted $15 back.
The last 3 times I’ve been to this location, my order has either been wrong and the waitress argued with me despite showing her with their own menu what the ingredients were or the food is cold and on par with expired freezer food. This was my last straw as it seems like even basic requests aren’t met.

Update guys: the place has not gotten better. This time we watched our waitress talk to some old dude with ponytail who also works there for 30mins. We waited 30mins to even order. Dont worry guys the staff obviously get along. Also, I should’ve learned my lesson. The food destroyed me again. It was very nice of her to run my card and then proceeded to take a 5 min break. Love it.
Old review:The food didn’t taste bad, the after effects are terrible. The service isn’t the waitresses problem, she was kind and attentive as permitted. There is just not enough staff. It was slow to get anything.

My wife and I have been to this location many times and it’s always been a good experience. The service is great! Definitely recommend this location before the CDA one. Great prices and using your BWW rewards, can’t go wrong.

Watching the fights tonight, busy yes but some empty tables. We asked for water at the time we ordered drinks, never came , asked for water half way through. Still no water. We told they are put of glass . What the heck. Didnt take the 8 glasses Still sitting at our tables. Oh and my fries they must have come from the bottom of the bag. Worst service ever.
Oh did I mention she took part of our tables order and didn’t come back for 15 min to get everyone’s else’s order. Smh
