Bridges is a dockside restaurant serving sandwiches, wraps, burgers, seafood, salads, vegetarian & gluten free food. We are located on Trail Creek near the shores of Lake Michigan by the highway 12 overpass and the historic Amtrak swing bridge. Bridges is very family friendly with mostly outdoor seating, although there is a comfortable indoor dining area as well. Our deck is a lively place for delicious food, refreshing drinks, and a large selection of beer from the region.
Family-owned bar & grill with a large deck & seafood-centric menu, open April to October.

Admittedly I had the best Cajun fish sandwiches I’ve ever had. The spices were absolutely great and the fish was delicious flaky and flavourful. It was a nice traditional American meal which took me by surprise.
Tried the pretzel bites too though can skip that cheese dip it came in.
Staff is really chill and nice. Huge variety of beers and margaritas. Make sure to get a spot in the sun.

Food was great! We had the pickle fries, root beer float, shrimp po boy and the Cajun grilled fish sandwich. It was all very good! We did have. Piece of the peanut butter crunch pie and it was good but a little pricey.. $11 was too much. I should have looked at the price lol but we loved the food and the service was great! We will be back!
We loved the drink options as well! Loved that they’re local drinks instead of the traditional Coke and Pepsi products. It was a nice change for sure!

I ordered the Cajun Grilled Fish Sandwich and it was very yummy! The French fries were delicious as well if you like thin and crispy fries. The drink i ordered was the Rum Job which was very refreshing on a hot day. Friends got the Summer Hummer which was good as well! Would return!

Super cute beachy vibes. Felt like I was at gulf shores. I had a pulled pork sandwich and a diet coke. I also loved the hoodie i bought there. Lots of outdoor seating and area for games in the sand like corn hole etc. it is dog friendly as well

Giving all stars because the nachos were top-tier! But, we were insanely disappointed by the fish sandwich. It had great flavor, but the amount of fish to bread did not match. I didn’t necessarily need more fish, but I could’ve done with 3/4 less of the bread. our service and the environment were fantastic! Will definitely return!

My mom and I decided to try this place after a day of shopping at the outlet mall. It’s a cute little bar and grille. When we arrived, there was a short line, but no hostess in sight at first. We eventually saw her wiping down tables, so we understood the delay. There were three groups ahead of us, and she seated them before taking our name and number for the waitlist.
While we waited with several other groups, a man walked in and was seated immediately. When we asked the hostess about it, she said he had been there earlier, even though he hadn’t. Others around us were also confused, as we were all on the waitlist and watching the same interactions unfold. After we addressed the issue with her, we were seated shortly after.
Once seated, our experience improved significantly. Our server, Heather, was amazing, friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. The food was good as well.
However, while we were eating, I noticed some concerning behavior. A few people from the bar tried to get tables, and I saw the hostess tell them there was a waitlist. But when one man offered her cash, she told him they could sit wherever they wanted. She noticed me watching and quickly walked back inside. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional, especially considering how many people were still waiting for a table.
Overall, the food was great and the service from our waitress was excellent, but the hostess could use some improvement. As a former hostess myself, I understand how stressful the job can be, but there’s no excuse for rudeness or showing favoritism to guests who offer something extra.

Nice ride to go to on your small boat since they have 6 slips for docking. Food was excellent! Waitress suggested the italian beef, it was one of the best beef sandwiches I’ve ever had. Cheese curds great, sweet potato fries, great. Husband had a burger and it was great too. I have not one complaint on food or service. My only suggestion is more shade.

Nice location. Our server was great. Food was just ok. Certainly not worth the price. My husband ordered fish with fries and the portion of fish was so small he left hungry. I believe it cost 16.99 for his meal so definitely not worth it if it doesn’t fill you up. I had the coconut shrimp and it was enough portion size but cooked a little too long.

Super fun atmosphere! We stopped in for lunch on Memorial Day. The service was wonderful and the food was so yummy! We both got the burger. Super great portions for the price. The sweet potato fries were perfectly crispy!!
