Came in on a Saturday afternoon for some lunch with the fam. Ordered their new ultimate sampler. Ordered the everything pretzel bites with my sampler and beer cheese to go with them. Food arrives and server informs me they don’t have any beer cheese sauce. My wings were also not the correct flavor. Server was rude when informing me they were out of cheese. I wouldn’t have ordered the pretzels if I knew they didn’t have the cheese. Servers name was Taylor she is blond and incredibly rude. Quality of food here seems to diminish everytime I come here.

Food was great! Had a great time at dinner with the family. We ordered the appetizer sampler to share..Which I totally recommend trying the fried pickles as an option!
2 family members ordered the triple bacon cheeseburger with tots, another family member ordered the honey BBQ chicken salad and I had the Ultimate Nachos (normally an appetizer) with chicken!
Everybody enjoyed their meals, and my Ultimate Nachos were awesome! However, it might have had just a few too many of the pickled bell peppers.
I rated 4 stars for Food because of my drink. I ordered a Mojito, and it tasted super watered down. Not sure what went wrong there. But I would go out to eat there again!

Omg I came in with my boyfriend tonight, and Kelsi and Kelsey (bartender and manager???) were so incredibly sweet and kind, and I dont normally leave google reviews, period, but I just HAD to make sure that I called them both out in a meaningful way. So friendly, they fixed my order, had us laughing and smiling all throughout our visit and we had such a great time! We’ll be back FOR SURE! JUST because of them. You’re lucky if you come in on a night they’re working.

me and my brother had the $25 eat-for-two deal and it was genuinely fantastic. we tried the asian zest & sweet bbq sauces with the boneless wings as well as the burgers and they were FANTASTIC! hot and yummy!! the tatertots were very crunchy and the fries were flavorful. got our drinks then the food- a slightly longer wait than i’d like but our server was very nice and made sure we had napkins. will come again!

My second time to the Wood Village store never again I used to go when they first opened it was very good food was good a plenty of it.I took my girl friend out to eat @ Wood Village store on her birthday the waiter was very nice and helpful But the food was Horrible the boneless wings were worse than McDonald’s I had a burger the meat was over cooked 3 bites and it was gone spent 80 dollars with tip and was extremely disappointed I will never go back! Don’t want to even tell you about Super Bowl this year Horrible experience!

Last Monday: Holy moly the manager (different one from two months ago) was in a hell of a mood, and you could definitely see she was treating her waitresses with complete disrespect. As if they were scared of her. She wasn’t rude to us, but definitely didn’t give us the usual great service that we typically get here (no asks on refills, no interaction or light chat etc). Our bill was wildly priced too. So I’m adjusting my rating.

I love Buffalo wild wings but this place is out of control! The management completely upside down. The food is always awful and cold. The staff is completely run ragged. To short staffed with little to no help, and disgusting bathrooms!!

Well we won’t go back. The service was awful and so many of the other servers had to pick up her slack…no drinks or service for 15 min after being seated immediately. Then the order was wrong and no water or silverware…it was overall a mess and again had it not been for others, we would have left. That being said good drinks, once served. All of the games were on and it was clean. Lots of seating available. Parking is good as it is in the same parking lot as Fred Meyer and Lowe’s. The food was good, once we got the right order. I have eaten at other BWW and it has been a much better experience.

I have visited this buffalo before with a mobile order and it always seems to be late or sometimes they tell me they can’t find my order. Today I dined in and I waited over an hour and a half to not get any food! I was at a table of two and others had walked in and been sat at the same time as me. Those people all had received their food, ate and paid and we had still not received any food. My waiter seemed to be actively avoiding my table and only said my food would be out in 5min (never came.) It’s truly a coin toss on whether or not you will get good service here. Recommend any other place.

Cold food. staff was super rude. Server and food runners were rude. Brought all the food out at different times and took forever. The short haired food runner especially. This place leaves a lot to be desired. Over all worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to.
