Ordered from them twice and both times they got my order wrong. If you can dine in go for it but, if you plan on ordering a meal I would pass too many mistakes, you shouldn’t have to check your bag to make sure they got the order right.

Stopped by an early afternoon to get some takeout food. The person waiting on us didn’t know anything about the burgers. Got a burger, some fries. Some onion rings. Chicken wings. Food was really good. Burger was huge. It was a little disappointed the girl didn’t know about the burgers cuz the one I got ended up being a triple. I the only wanted a double. Besides that, the experience was okay. Place was empty about six or eight people in there. Food was good.

Food was not worth the cost. I got mango habanero wings and my husband got a beef sandwich. The picture looked better than it tasted. Service was quick. The thing that really put off our meals was a large family was seated with two large tables in the middle and we were next to them in a booth. The parents expected the two tween girls to handle the four little kids which they did not. The kids ran around the restaurant, climbing in booths, and going behind the register area. It’s a safety hazard when service workers are bringing hot meals. Come here if this is the kind of place you need for your family as everyone has different needs/wants. However, I will not be back.

First time to this Bdubs. We went on a Saturday night. It was fairly busy. We ended up finding two seats at the bar. We ordered through the QR code. Thought this might be helpful as it was a packed bar.
We got the burger, chips and chili con queso, boneless wings and traditional wings. I didn’t get pics of the food because things starting going off the rails when the food came out. The traditional buffalo wings were cold. You could tell by looking at them that they were. The queso was also cold. We sent both back asking for them to be remade.
Queso came back great. Wings not great. We then realized our burger wasn’t made properly. We decided to just give up on that. Asked to have it taken off the bill.
Fast forward- takes us awhile to get the check. Wanted to pay via the QR code but our bill had been completely messed up. Finally able to flag down someone to grab our check. Give them the head’s up about the mistakes. We get our check- all the mistakes still on there. Have to flag them down Again and explain ourselves again to have the check corrected. Not a great experience. Absolutely avoidable.
There was plenty of staff working. Albeit not a lot of hustling from the entire staff. I wouldn’t call this a customer obsessed staff either. The manager was not at all concerned with connecting with any customers.
As someone who had been in the Service and Sales industry for over 20 years I would simply say “Do Better”
Incredibly frustrating experience. This really isn’t a hard fix. As long as you have the right management in place they will drive customer engagement and accountability.

We ordered a couple drinks and the appetizer sampler which was delicious. Then we ordered like 30 wings. The service was quick and the staff was very attentive. It was nice and clean which we really appreciate.

Today, I broke my fast. I hate this specific location because they messed up 8 out of 9 wing orders I’ve had here for pick up. I was tricked by Uber Eats today because their name was set as “Wild Burger” for burgers. I’m allergic to fish and now I feel sick. They must have cooked fish first before this so the burger completely taste like fish. I hate this location so much. Stay away. If you’re desperate and doing pick up, do not leave without checking your order. Read all the Yelp reviews. It’s common for them to mess up orders.

Pretty fun place to go on a Friday night and the food options definitely hit the spot when you’re craving some wings or similar American style cuisine! I got the Buffalo wings bone in and they had just the right amount of zest, tangy flavor, and spice! If you don’t like loud or really stimulating places then this might not be the place for you because there are many TVs and loud music. But overall a good experience, the staff is nice too!

My daughter ordered fries, wings and a $5 passionfruit soda that tested like limeade, her food came out 1st the fries was cold and for $5 they give you less then a handful of fries , I ordered the Buffalo chicken dip that was extremely salty that I had to send back and the waiter was not friendly at all I will not be returning.
