Our recent experience here was great. There was no wait and we were seated immediately. Our server was Westley, who did an amazing job. He let us know of Tuesday’s promotion and let us get our drinks in before the 6pm happy hour cutoff. He was very attentive and came to check on our table constantly and made sure our drinks had refills. We had a very pleasant visit tonight thanks to our server.

I’m writing to report an issue I experienced tonight at your location. Manager Roberto refused to issue a refund after my order was completely messed up. Instead of offering a resolution, he told me I would have to contact his opener/general manager, Bryan, because he “felt like I was yelling” — even though I was simply expressing frustration over my incorrect meal.
When I explained that I would be contacting my bank since I was charged for food I didn’t receive as advertised, Roberto responded, “Go for it, I’m really trying to help you, but now I’m not.”
This interaction was unprofessional and unacceptable. I would like a full refund for my order and a follow-up regarding how this situation will be addressed.
I didn’t order coleslaw, I didn’t order celery, they messed up my order and didn’t get me my 8 Oz ranch.

Thankfully, Bryan, the manager was extremely helpful. He completely remade my order, and Chris went above and beyond to make sure everything was accurate this time. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the effort they put in to make things right after such a disappointing start.

Decided to give this location another try. Fail again look at the wings where is the sauce. Dry wings these are the mild. Lemon pepper has no seasoning either. This is why we go to Menifee.

Hey Guys I like this place it’s my favorite. I hope you guys still make this restaurant less Expensive more affordable. My favorite Order I like to get here is the Boneless Wings with French Fries, and One Fountain Drink. I maybe might come here next Friday with a School my Bus Driver will take me here. the food is alright—the fries are dry but everything else is fine. the service is good but it takes time for the food to arrive. the employees took our credit card and never returned it back. we never noticed, and by the time we got it back, they charged us over $60 over nothing! we already had paid the food and they still charged us

I’ve never been here and I ordered online the 19.99 deal they have right now. Came with large fries my box of fries was half empty really sad my chicken strips did not look like strips they were skinny and no chicken. For being my first time I was discouraged food tasted good just was expecting food to better portions. Boneless wings were tiny as well over all not a great first time.

Terrible service. Everytime we come to watch a soccer game. They never play the audio and when we ask there is always an excuse like another sport takes priority. Example today we came to watch Barcelona vs Real Madrid (final) and they only put the audio of an NFL game. We asked the manager and they said no because it’s football season. What does it cost to just put 2 audios one on each side of the restaurant. It’s like this every time we come. Seems discriminatory.

Honestly very displaced with the lack of professionalism happening. I placed an order on the app and they were out of one of the items that I had upgraded and it was a six dollar upgrade. They didn’t even tell me until I asked. I’m missing an item that they let me know that they were out of it, but there should be something extra in there. There wasn’t anything extra. And then I had to wait on top of that 10. More minutes to get a side of wedges, that wasn’t even equivalent to the amount. I spend on the other item. Very dissatisfied. I’ve been to this location several times, but the last two visits were really disappointing. The wings had a strange taste, almost like sink water, and the quality just wasn’t there. On top of that, the service has been extremely slow, it takes a long time for servers to take orders or check in, even when the restaurant isn’t busy. I used to really enjoy coming here, but it feels like the quality and service have gone downhill.

We were served what my kids called ‘stale wings’. It was my first time eating at this location. I was looking forward to it. It always is crowded. Parking is plenty. There was only one server, so it took us long to be seated, which is alright but the food was absolute disaster. Kids couldn’t even bite into the wings. I asked the waitress to suggest better deal on which to order and she suggested pricier one. I won’t be going there again
