Had the 20 piece wings 10 lemon pepper dry 10 teriyaki they were great. Renae give excellent service she greeted me with a smile. Told me about the specials and help me pick out a good Beer and constantly checked up on me to make sure everything was good. Was good service like that. I will definitely be back.

I’ve never been so disgusted in the customer service here. Got my appetizers after I already finished my main food. Got yelled at by an employee and manager didn’t help for crap but defend his employees. Got my drinks 30 minutes after arrival, was dying of thirst, food was crusty and lacked cooking. The service here was terrible! Our food took so long to come and we didn’t get our appetizers till we got our meals. The waiters were all talking and hanging in the corner and the one waiter was doing all the work I felt bad for her. Also the wings were way too salty and had a funky taste. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. It took over 30 minutes just to get our food, and when it finally arrived, the boneless wings were served bone-in, forcing us to wait even longer for a correction. The fries we ordered never arrived at all, even after reminding our server multiple times. We finished our meals and still never received them.
To make matters worse, the bill was a complete mess. We were overcharged by $50, and I was incorrectly charged for a birthday reward that should not have been applied. Both errors had to be pointed out and corrected by us, which is unacceptable.
The food itself was just as bad—dry, poorly prepared, and not worth the wait. Between the incompetent service, billing mistakes, and low-quality food, this place completely failed. Extremely disappointing. I will never be coming back

The two of us sat down and after a fairly long wait, the server took our order. Twenty minutes later, she brought just one of the orders and told us that they were out of the cheese steak my friend had ordered. When I asked why she didn’t say something before bringing out my food, she just apologized and asked if my friend wanted something different. He ordered a chicken sandwich and the server said it would be “on the house.” Now keep in mind that the food she did bring was not fresh – cold fries and some warm wings. Thirty minutes later she finally brings my friend’s order. When she brings the check, the sandwich was not actually on the house. What she meant — and this truth — is that the item my friend ordered and which they didn’t have would be taken off the check. Never again! And I’m only sorry that I couldn’t give a no-star rating!

You guys need to hire more people. Especially on holidays. If you have enough staff, over staff because everyone knows that people call out on holidays. It’s a bit ridiculous that it took 50+ minutes to get food. The server was good, but there’s literally like 4 people running this entire place. People behind us left after getting drinks because they weren’t checked on to order for over 20-30 minutes. This is actually insane. I have been working in Customer Service for 7+ years, and scheduling goes based on business needs, not convenience, even if that means people lose their jobs for calling off too frequently. There were 9 people waiting with a basically empty restaurant. Hire people, hold people accountable, do better.

Service was very kind and attentive. The food leaves much to be desired. Chicken was fairly dry, but I imagine this was due to how little meat was actually on the bone. These wings have roughly half the meat you should expect at that price point.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with my family, food wasn’t bad. But the service was terrible. It took us 30 minutes to get seated. Even tho restaurant was nearly empty. Then it took an hour and a half for us to get our food. After we got our drinks, the waitress didn’t even come by to give us refills. We had nothing to wash down our food. There were a few people sitting in front of us that got mad and walked out. we didn’t want to be rude so we patiently waited. But…. La verdad we will never be going back to that B.W.W. Location.

Don’t waste your time and money.
Every single time I come to this location, the same issue occurs — an almost empty restaurant with a waiting time of 15–25 minutes. I can understand delays when the place is busy, but not when it’s only about 30% full.
After finally being seated, it takes another 15 minutes just to get drinks, regardless of what’s ordered.
I visited on 10/29/25 and have attached a photo of my arrival time, the time I started writing this review, and my receipt showing when I paid. It’s absolutely unreasonable how much time has to pass just to get a meal here.
Now, regarding the food — even the water had a strange, almost bleach-like taste, and the wings had the same unpleasant aftertaste (this isn’t the first time this has happened). The fries were fresh and crispy. And the lemonade was alright.
After today’s experience, I can confidently say this was my last visit.
