We did not check the star rating before we came to eat at this Buffalo wild wings. As a general rule, we have found Buffalo wild wings to be an exceptional restaurant. Often the prices are a little bit higher than what we would like, but it’s generally high-quality food and fast and efficient service. We should have known something was wrong when we stood for about 12 minutes waiting for a table when there were plenty of open tables at this location. Our server was friendly enough, however his service was subpar. While the restaurant was not overcrowded or busy, he was slow in his service to us. After our meal we had to wait nearly 20 minutes to get our ticket ran. It was a bit frustrating. We did notice that there was another gentleman who was hustling the entire time that we were there. That was not the case with the guy who was serving us though. We’ll come back in the future, but we need a good reason to adjust the rating on this particular restaurant. We won’t be in a hurry to come back, but we know that we will eventually swing by because we do like Buffalo wild wings and we can only hope that the service and management will get things under control.

The food was ok but Kyrian was absolutely amazing! I haven’t had a waitress the truly acted like they wanted to serve you in a long time. Her attitude alone was refreshing and deserves recognition. I would hire her to run my restaurant any day! Best customer service I’ve had in a very long time!

I would give this place negative if I could. Stood in the front lobby for 30 minutes trying to pick up an order. Place is 1/3 full with six servers who continuously ignore you like they are busy, but there’s only eight tables in the whole place and they get annoyed when you ask them if anybody’s working the front desk. Definitely never coming to this place again and would recommend the same for everybody else. Not that this should be too new of a comment. I mean a buffalo wild wings with the three star rating is pretty freaking horrible wish I would’ve saw that before I ordered.

There 5 naked wings are not worth the cost. I got my order and 3 out of the five tender were like an inch and a half long and a half inch wide. All 5 would not have added up to a single small chicken breast. It would have been better suited for the kids menu except for the price.

Don’t come to bdubs in Clovis service is horrible waited 30 mins for our appetizer after our entree had already came out. Our beers we ordered were green and full of foam

The kitchen can’t follow directions. I ordered nachos with chicken AND chili. (TO GO) Appearantly they don’t know what chili is, but they sure charged extra for it. Food has gone down hill big time, and service has always been terrible. The guacamole was almost black! NASTY FOOD

I would be embarrassed to own this location. The staff can never get an order right and even when you have 2 customers in the entire restaurant there’s no one to be found at the front desk and they act like it’s an inconvenience to help you.

Last Friday I went to eat and was taken care of greatly by, I believe her name was jenesis. She was very sweet, attentive, and precise! The food was also done really well so I can see myself coming back in the future.
