Not a good experience. First of all the prices for what you get are outrageous. $17.00 for 10 wings and the wings are TINY! I know that BWW uses a smaller grade wing than other places, but these were ridiculous and for $1.70 a wing, come on, how can you think that’s a good value for your customer. They are even more expensive if you only order 6. No wonder the place was empty. I was a restaurant manager and I don’t see how any manager or owner can think this is a place that will do well how they are doing it.
Service at the bar was not good either. I sat right at the bar, so it wasn’t like I was at some far away cocktail table. Wings took almost 30 minutes and as I said the place was almost empty. The wings themselves were not good. They looked and tasted like they were blanched (precooked) and then re-dropped and then overcooked. It was not busy, maybe 5 tables in the whole place. The bartender was not interested in even talking to her guests and I couldn’t get a drink refill the whole time I was there. The bar guests were having to call her over to get their next beer. Not good for sales at all.
All in all, I give the place 1 star because the manager got me my drink because the bartender was taking so long to greet me. At least he was attempting to give decent service. I probably would have gotten better service from him. As far as cleanliness, the place was clean and well kept.

This is probably my 2nd time at BWW in 10 yrs. I am NEVER going back to any location!!! The place had literally 4 other tables and our service sucked!!! The food took over 45 minutes to come to our table. My son got the all u can eat wings and by the time he got them he wasn’t even hungry because of the soda. The wait time was absurd!!! My cheese steak thing was nasty and extremely dry!! Food was like warm like it had been sitting. I mean with 4 other tables of parties of 2 it shouldn’t have taken 45 minutes to deliver our order. Waitress was ok, but very slow. Highly do NOT recommend coming here. $60 lunch wasted & down the drain. I left my food and as far as the wings… hardly any meat… not worth it!!!

I would like to have made this a 4.5 if I could. The food and wings were good. It was the service from Dante that was awful. He was polite, but his waiter skills were awful. He never cleared our dirty plates even when we placed them at the edge of the table. We had to flag him down for soda refills and also had to flag him down for our check. He never checked on us. We had to ask him 3 times for to-go boxes.

There are a lot of negative reviews on this Buffalo Wild Wings location. I think there needs to be some clarification made on what is contributing to this, at least from my perspective and what our experience was.
Yes, the wait time was quite long (more than 30 minutes).
Yes, there were a lot of tables and booths open during that wait period.
Yes, we went in a Sunday evening and there was a line of people.
Just because there are a lot of open tables, that doesn’t mean there are enough servers or people in the kitchen. That means, they cannot sit you until there is someone that can serve you.
We used the time to look at them menu and have our orders ready by the time we sat down. We placed the order and the food was out quickly, the orders were accurate, and the food tasted good.
Everyone we interacted with was very friendly even though they were clearly overwhelmed. Please remember, the wait time and lack of staff is not the employee’s fault.
Caly, our server did a fantastic job keeping a large order straight and making it a very pleasant experience. The biggest surprise is that she was also bartending and taking care of our big table.
Be kind to the staff!

Well it’s a buffalo wild wings, the foods just about the same everywhere you go. I’m not gonna complain about the prices, anything like that. This was strictly service related. After being seated it took roughly 20 min for anyone to take our order. Food came out relatively quickly which was nice. That being said I talked to my waitress a Total of 3 times. When she took my order, when I asked for the check the first time, and when I asked for it a second time. Never got a refill on any drinks, or anything. I would give slack if it was busy, and she was tanked. She wasn’t though. It was my table and 3 others in her section that actually had people. She’d disappear for 20 minutes at time. All the time around us had the same experience. Overall I’d recommend just ordering it out if you really want buffalo wild wings. Wasted 30 min of time trying to get a hold of someone to just give me my check so I could leave.

Once seated, it took an additional 30 minutes for us to place our drink order, during which we had to retrieve our own menus. After placing our order, we waited 25 minutes for our meals, which, regrettably, did not meet our expectations regarding quality. Following our initial interaction with our server, we placed our food and drink orders simultaneously and did not have further contact with her. Additionally, my children’s meals had to be returned multiple times due to being served cold. Now have been done with my food for 20 minutes and still waiting for the bill

The staff was very busy since the place was packed but they still had a smile on their face and were very nice. The food is nothing but delicious. They do have tables as well as booths with tables that move. Good atmosphere. Would go again!

Puke in the mens restroom nobody cleaned. We had to clean off our own table because no table was clean. (I’m talking dishes and crumbs). Menus scattered on the floor. We had to grab new ones from a different table. There was like nobody there and our server took 10 minutes to get to our table. Honestly, the worst and nastiest restaurant experience I have ever had. In my entire life. FOH needs a complete revamp. Food was fine but couldn’t stop thinking about the puke in the mens restroom.

We absolutely loved the employees, Michelle, Emma, and Nicole. The choice of music being played today was so fun and lively, it made us happy. Our wings were tasty and we love the ice cold beer. It was so fun. Thank you for Employees like this.
If I was to say one thing, I would say, you needed to add more sauce, that part was weak.
