order extra wet wings and this is what i got!!! fries dry and cold when picking up on time!! charged 33$ for 2 orders of 6 wings and a order of fries. wouldn’t complain if i were to like the food. live 35 minutes away and can’t go back to complain in person!

The service here is not what you would hope to get sadly. We had one really good experience with an amazing waitress. The rest of our visits have resulted in very very long wait times, incorrect charges, no refills, and incorrect orders. Although, the prices here are pretty great and they have deals going on to save you more money. I hate to complain as we are the same age/younger as the waitresses so maybe that is the reason for our experience as we are under 20. For a better experience order online to go and download the mobile app!

I was in the twin falls brand on Saturday for lunch. The fríes tested stale and they were not soft at all. It seemed that they were the fríes from a previous day. This was the first time back in about 2 years because of the food not tasting good. I get back and the food tasted this way. Im not recommending to go in there at all. The service was ok, the girl took forever to come and ask for drinks. The place was not even half way full at the time. This was my last time going back in buffalo wild wings.

We tried to order out some food. They gave us the wrong order twice. We gave up after the second attempt of trying to get our order right. They left out the sauce on out wings on the second attempt. They manager should be held accountable for their failures.
I came here for food and Monday night football highlights and the weather report along with a guy being over served bumping into my table as I was eating my food.

Ordered for delivery with Grubhub. I ordered 4 items but when the order came I was missing 2 items plus the kids drink for the kids meal, more than half my order. This restaurant must not have any quality control. The manager is unable to solve customer service issues. He offered a partial refund for some of the missing items. I guess I get to pay for the other missing items. The manager didn’t know how to do a refund for all the items that were missing and is in need of some training. He was rude and used inappropriate language. I will be contacting Buffalo Wild Wing’s parent company to file a complaint and get the rest of my refund.

I visited the Buffalo Wild Wings location in Twin Falls to watch a game with friends, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing from start to finish. We were seated at a booth, and throughout our visit the service was consistently poor. Our waitress repeatedly forgot items we asked for, got multiple orders wrong, and struggled to provide accurate receipts when it came time to pay. We waited an additional 20 minutes just for the bill to be corrected.
When our food arrived, all of the fries were cold and the burgers were poorly prepared and below the standard I expect from Buffalo Wild Wings. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were extremely unclean, which reflects poorly on overall management and attention to basic hygiene.
This was not an isolated incident. I was hesitant to return because my previous visit to this same location was just as bad, and unfortunately this experience confirmed that nothing has improved. There is a reason this location holds a 3.6 rating, and based on multiple visits, it feels well deserved.
Buffalo Wild Wings is known for being a reliable place to watch games and enjoy good food, but this location falls far short of that reputation. Management seriously needs to step up, address service training, food quality, and cleanliness, and take customer feedback seriously if they want to improve.

I usually have some hit or miss times ordering to go here. Normally it’s a sauce or dip missed here and there. Tonight we ordered to go and the manager who was at the to go counter was so amazing! He double checked my bag and found there was a sauce missing and he got it right away and then repacked my bag. He was also extremely kind, you could tell that everyone working was in good spirits which is a great sign of management. Honestly I never write reviews but this was really pleasant!

Our server was nice enough, fairly attentive, although after we were seated was when they decided to clean the table. We’re so very disappointed with BWW anymore. I feel like we probably could have gotten better wings at a gas station. They were bone dry! My daughter and son-in-law specifically asked for their wings to be extra wet and they were extra dry. We keep coming back hoping that the next time will be better and it’s either just as bad or worse. The worst part is that not only does the food suck, but it’s so expensive for it to suck that bad. Sorry BWW, you’ve served your last plate of garbage to this family.

This was the third time my family tried to get wings, and we were disappointed again. It looks like they didn’t care how the sauce went on the wings. They weren’t tossed at all; only one side had no sauce. My husband bit into one of the wings with all the sauce, and the next was dry as a bone. The potatoes were crunchy. Plus, when I went to pick it up, the hostess was not friendly. I think this will be our last time ordering. I believe we have spent and given enough.
