Zero Stars for ‘service.’
Explained to the hostess that though I ordered online to use a reward on my account, I wanted to eat in the restaurant. She thought I wanted to order food AND take the pickup order home. Even once I explained that made no sense and reiterated my reason for ordering ahead, she still told me to wait. Over half the tables were clean with vacant seating – I was still expected to wait over 20 minutes for my food before I was allowed to sit. All my food was unnecessarily packed in to-go boxes. Ingredients I asked to be removed from sides were still there. It took another 20 minutes after being allowed to sit to get a server’s attention to ask for water. I was not offered a straw. After a few sips of water, I looked more closely at a dark spot in the middle of the ice that I hoped was mineral build up from the ice machine. Stupidly, it was a dead gnat.
I had a long draining day and didn’t want to cook at home so I went out solo. Considered asking to speak to the manager or supervisor on shift. Decided to write and post this review instead.
I used to come to BWW with friends often. I will not be supporting suggestions to eat at this BWW location in the foreseeable future.
Edit: To his credit, the server who brought me water checked on me before I left and offered to replace the glass of water.

manager was so rude to my friend and i today, we ordered chicken wraps and the tortilla was cold and so was the chicken. Our server realized that something was wrong so the told us that they would go and get it remade for us. she did just that and got back to us , and we tested the food infront of her and again the chicken was COLD but the tortilla was warm this time but the chicken wasn’t. the manager came out and had a attitude towards us and even put her foot on the platform under the booths where we were sitting. she told us that she seen the cooks take it out the grill so how could our food be cold and that it was the lettuces fault. we said it was okay, and she still continued to tell us if we wanted our wraps to get put in a microwave in a rude way after we said it was okay she still continued. manager sucks. but the server was the best!!! love the server.

I live in a place where I have multiple BWWs that I can visit. It doesn’t matter where you go, the food is always consistent and the vibes are always the same. However, this location EXCELS at customer service. I have never been treated so kindly, with enthusiasm, and smiles as I did every time I ordered food here. Whether I got take out or dined in, this place rose above every other BWW experience consistently. Well done!

My husband and I had a disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings this time around. We ordered over the phone, and the girl we spoke to initially didn’t have the best tone. We arrived around 12am to pick up our order, but the attitude from the employee who helped us at the counter was not very welcoming.
We asked if our order was ready and wanted to make sure it was correct before paying. My husband politely asked her to check on it, and she just looked at us, said “okay” in an annoyed tone, and walked away. When she came back, she placed the food on the counter without much interaction.
When I checked the order, my name was spelled wrong even though I had spelled it out over the phone. When I opened the bag with the sauces, one of the fry sauces had spilled all over the bag and onto the other sauces. I mentioned out loud that the fry sauce was open and spilled, but there was no apology or acknowledgment.
On top of that, my wings weren’t fully tossed in sauce. What made this more disappointing is that we had been there the night before and the food was so good that we came back again — so this experience really missed the mark. The food quality and customer service were not what we expected this time.
The employee who helped us was named Jackie or Jacqueline (not entirely sure), but the attitude we received made the experience uncomfortable. Hopefully this is something that can be improved because we usually enjoy coming here.

The wings we ordered were amazing. Staff…do they realize the customers aren’t an inconvenience?? Anytime we ordered a new drink, we were treated like it bothered the bartender. At one point while we were watching football she came and said “So I’m trying to get out of here, can you close or I’ll just transfer you to the next person.” Excuse me what?? In the 8 years I served and bartended, I would never talk to a customer that way. If its so far past the time you’re supposed to leave, you nicely let customers know hey we are trading shifts out, I’ll glady close you out and the new person on shift can start a new tab for you and take care of you from there. After we closed out, there wasn’t a thank you or thanks for coming in, not a single word. I 110% understand why the restaurant is a ghost town on football Sunday. Your staff is atrocious.

About once a year, I give this Buffalo Wild Wings another chance, even knowing that I’m disappointed every time. I order through DoorDash and I always receive the smallest, driest, sauceless wings I’ve had from anywhere. They quite literally hurt my teeth to chew, they’re so hard and dry. Every time I hope someone over there changes things and every time I’m let down and spend $80+ for nasty food. I only really like traditional wings so I can’t speak for the boneless.

Someone please explain to me why we just paid $30 for chicken nuggets? Why should I have to specify that I want all the wings flavored with the dry rub? Unless you order an extra side of the seasoning, and PAY EXTRA FOR IT, get ready to have NO flavor on it whatsoever. Im getting real sick of this. We ordered take out and paid significantly more than it would have been online because we used cash. Ok, thats fine. My family was excited for wings. However, the wings were salty, dry and hardly sauced. They were hard and tasted old. So after spending $94 for 4 people, not a single person could eat their food. It was awful. We were extremely disappointed. Also, we were charged $7 for gross ranch, which we were unaware it would be extra when asked if we wanted ranch or Bleu cheese.

If you want to eat here i recommend going in to eat. Every time we order online(or more accurately by phone since their online ordering is never working) they mess it up.
Just tried again today and we got only half of the wing flavors we actually ordered, were missing sauces and vegetables and it was so disappointing especially since the missing wing flavor was my favortie one.
So yeah. Go in person if you want is my suggestion.

The service was POOR. I’m not sure if the waiter was new or he just didn’t care but, he was mesmerized by the woman with three kids and couldn’t even keep himself together while taking our order. He brought two of our kids meals and they were almost cold. We waited another 10 mins and our food came out by another waiter and it was also almost cold. We had ordered a double cheese burger and we did not get what we had ordered. After we left we realized we were charged for two drinks WE DID NOT ORDER. We were charged for that double cheeseburger WE DID NOT GET and we live an hour away and are not going to go back to dispute this. The waiter Patrick needs extra training because I watched him long enough to see he was only concerned for the tables that had WOMEN only. We were a party of five with a man. I’m very upset with the service we had especially with it being on Mother’s Day.
