This is the first time we ever tried this place and it was horrible. The food we got was not worth $30. The philly was super small and greasy. Burger bottom bun was soggy and soaked in grease, both sides(fried & tots)were toasted to crisp and only got a small amount of tots. Drinks weren’t marked (one was reg and other was diet). Food was supposed to be done 20 minutes after I order it winded up being 45 minutes. Food was nothing special and absolutely not worth the price we paid. Will never go back and 1/10 recommend only because they had a spin wheel and I spun and won a free desert which dessert was oookay. Nothing special either.

I had a very poor service experience today. I spent about 1 hour 45 minutes there for dinner. My server was Giancarlo, he was friendly but not present and unresponsive to the needs of the table. I was with a group of 6 and we only got our initial waters/drinks and after repeated attempts to get refills I spent the entire time with an empty glass and not a single refill. The food took about 40 minutes to come out and all the food was served on metal baking trays that belong in the kitchen not at customer tables. My wings also did not have the traditional celery or carrot sticks, and not a single napkin was brought out with the food. Eating wings is messy and not having any napkins was just terrible, I had to walk through the restaurant to the bathroom with sauce covered hands. The only positive was the new sweet chili wings were very good. Overall though it was not a very good experience and I was disappointed with the lack of service.

Last 2 visits were totally different from one another. When I showed up for a take out order, the guy asked my name. We sat down waiting. After 10-15 mins, no update, so I went to the counter and saw my name on an order. It had been sitting there for 10 mins. She asked if I wanted something new. I looked at the the food and it was colder, so I said yes. The wings were on the colder side. The tots were totally cold (I opened them once I got in my car). Wings were extremely small (barely over half the size of my avg sized finger). Hardly any meat. Totally disappointed. Previous visit was good, so I averaged them out to a 3.

This place used to be fun… not so much anymore. Some of the bartenders here act like no matter how good a customer you might be and no matter how much money you might spend they can just treat you like shit. Being a regular usually gets you better treatment, but here, again, not so much. I recommend doing what I will do from now on, and taking your hard earned money and spending it somewhere else. This is not the only place in Fort Collins with a lot of sports TVs. And maybe these people should recognize it

I went there for Sunday Lunch and it wasn’t much positive to say.

Food: Nothing special. Got the pick 6 with traditional wings. The wings WERE SMALL!!! Seriously there was not that much meat on them, nothing to justify the price. Is this establishment trying to rip off the customers? The fry portions were also in the small amount. The mozzarella sticks were small also!!! The cups given for the sauces were…..wanna guess? SMALL TOO!!! This is inexcusable and if your goal was to get this place shut down due to lack of repeat customers, you’re doing a good job.

Service: Meh, okay. It felt like our server (Rowan) were pushing us to get out of there with her questions like “Are you now ready for a box?”, “Do you need anything else?” and “I can take your card at any time”. Wasn’t going thrre supposed to be for a good time? Not to be rushed? Sounds like she’s more interested in amount of tables and not WHO’S at the table.

Atmosphere: Not bad at all. Plenty of tables available. The lighting was pretty dim though.

Medicore for the price paid. I expected bigger portions of food, not to be portioned on a scale. This restaurant has to ask if they care about customers or portion sizes…..because it cannot be both

I tried reaching out to a BWW email to bring up my dissatisfaction with my recent order of the 15 boneless + 5 tenders deal but it said it couldn’t be delivered. I received two tenders that look like the one I’m holding up (small, circular and basically no meat) and the dry rub chipotle bbq sauce I ordered for them spilled everywhere because the lid was defective (flat on one side) – I don’t even know why it was used. I usually have a good experience from this location and would appreciate a coupon or something. I’ll remove my review once I hear some kind of response.

If you go in it’s five stars all across the board, great food, great service, great place. But never order delivery from this location. Every time I do the quality is so bare minimum. I got two burgers, a side of fries, a side of tots and a drink. It arrives, my drink isnt there, whatever that’s fine. We open the bag, they just gave us two fries instead of my girls tots, they were cold (we live literally a few minutes away no excuse), not the cooled down cold, like they haven’t been warm for hours kind of cold, and they were stale and disgusting, they had clearly been sitting out. I understand caring less about onlines then in house, but this level of disregard and just throwing your old cold fries in a box and calling it a day is ridiculous. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else if you’re ordering delivery, they really will not care about your food.

Ordered directly from the website for delivery but since they use door dash for their delivery service we were told its not our problem when our order was not delivered/ stolen by the doordash driver. Again we ordered directly from buffalo wild wings website not door dash and the help link on the page takes you to vall the restaurant. I will be second guessing ever ordering from here again thanks to this experience.

I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings. When I was in the military, we went to B-Dubs all the time, and it was a staple for great wings and good times. Unfortunately, my recent experience has completely changed my opinion of the brand.

First off, this was the smallest Buffalo Wild Wings location I’ve ever been to—easily half the size of any other I’ve visited. It was busy, which I expected, but the service was incredibly slow. It took 20 minutes just to have a waitress take our drink order, and even identifying who worked there was a challenge since none of the servers wore uniforms or anything that made it clear they were staff.

When we finally placed our drink order, I asked for a Bloody Mary, only to be told they were out of the ingredients to make one. Honestly, based on the rest of the experience, I can’t imagine it would have been good anyway, so maybe that was for the best. I settled for a ginger beer soda, which was served as an unopened can without a glass, ice, or straw. I had to go to the bartender myself to get those items.

The waitress, though polite, was clearly not well-trained—something I blame on management. When we ordered food, it was shocking to see how much the prices had increased. I remember when wings were 75 cents each, but now the prices have doubled. Despite paying premium prices, the service did not reflect it.

We received our food with no napkins, silverware, or wet naps. Even after asking for napkins and silverware, wet naps were never brought. The real issue, however, came when my wife discovered two hairs in her chicken and a piece with feathers still attached. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Please see the attached pictures for reference.

Additionally, the lack of a host at the entrance meant people were walking in and waiting 5-10 minutes just to be seated because no one was there to greet them.

I can’t help but feel that the decline in service and standards is unacceptable, especially given the rising prices. It’s frustrating to see people expect 25% tips for service this poor. Management needs to seriously step up, train their staff better, and prioritize cleanliness and customer service.

This experience has turned me off B-Dubs entirely. I will make sure to share this story with others and encourage them to choose a different restaurant. Buffalo Wild Wings used to be a favorite, but after this visit, it’s clear they’ve lost their touch. The pictures I’ve attached say it all.
