Waitress wasn’t great, but the food was good enough. We were set pretty quickly but waited for awhile before the waitress acknowledged us despite walking by multiple times. Then kept telling us to hold on that she’d be back to take orders once she got done doing xyz, which is fine once or twice but it kept happening. It took as long to get the orders in as it did to get the food. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy, she appeared to only have 3 tables including ours. By the time we were done, she had one other table and kept walking by us to them while we were waiting for the check, back to their station in the to go area eating and talking, which normally doesn’t bother me, but we had been there over an hour by the point.

I didn’t feel like dining in anywhere today and Buffalo Wild Wings has a bogo for buy 1 get 1 free on boneless wings. So I decided why not, I’m literally just down the street from this place and I get back and my garlic Parmesan wings are not only cold, but they have like no sauce on them ?? And then not to mention the ranch cups?? Come on! The lady at the front who helped me was sweet didn’t catch her name but this is beyond disappointing for a to go order..

We ate here when were driving through from Lubbock to Dallas. It’s a newer location, very clean, nice layout, tbs of parking and seating, large bar and large outdoor patio (although it was chilly so the patio wasn’t open when we were there). Service was a bit slow which was a bit frustrating as it was late for us and we still had a 3 hour drive ahead of us, but probably would’ve been better if we were looking for a nice long evening. We ordered the everything pretzel bites to start – these were served warm, were light, salty, and delicious – the cheese and mustard sauces were okay. Wings were delicious as always and tasted as expected. Onion rings and fries were hot – sauce with onion rings was ok. Overall, the food was consistent with previous BWW experiences. The restaurant was clean and our drinks were refilled regularly. We will stop by again for dinner when we pass through.

What can I say!!! What a place the atmosphere was excellent, our waiter was very quick and super friendly. The food was super tasty and fresh! The shop was so clean and neat! I had the $ 4 beer special, and I loved it! Great place to watch sports,eat great food with family, or if you just want to unwind with a ice cold beer after a hard day of work!

The food is really good, I love their smashed burgers. My boys love the wings. The staff is always nice, thank you for your awesome service “Quis”. Yes everybody that’s the man’s name! He has unmistakable service. The inside is very busy with TVs all around the whole room in both sections. We decided to dine outside because the weather was nice and it was somewhat quiet.

Not sure what was going on tonight but we had a horrible experience, from having to change servers to just a bad environment and vibe. You shouldn’t feel worse leaving an eating establishment than you did coming in. All the servers were overworked and angry and it just rubbed off on everybody. Our replacement server seemed very unexperienced which was ok because it seemed like she got thrown into being a server based on management overworking their servers. It was a horrible experience for $80. Still tipped well but wouldn’t be back.

The chicken strips are insanely small. Should have gotten a picture. Will next go round. Other than that, its quite enjoyable to chill, have a brewskie and watch the game. Great bar tenders too. Makes a pretty good ol’ fashion.

Love the wings and foods, the server was great. Unfortunately the foods came too long. We came 10 pm when restaurant was empty. Tooks so long to be seated. Wait to long for the appetiser and foods. Other than that we love the atmospheres.
