My husband and I decided to eat here for New Years Eve, we were pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t too full and they let us sit in a booth.
All of the food we had was absolutely phenomenal I thought the quality was great for B-Dubs and the chicken wings or honestly the best I’ve ever had!
Feel bad I don’t remember our server’s name but he was an older gentleman and he was one of the best waiters we’ve ever had extremely professional didn’t rush the interaction and was very careful, attentive and communicative.
We were debating on going to this or the Austin location but glad we went here.
The only reason I subtracted for atmosphere is because we aren’t football ppl and the game was quite loud but it didn’t end up bothering us too much in the end.
Also because I do prefer and like the bdubs that are designed a bit different with the black ceilings.

One of the worst experiences visiting this location. My son found hair in the food served. The food served came like jambalaya, poorly labeled, awful presentation. The manager never came to our table. They replaced a piece of chicken for the one found with hair and whispered sorry. The server didn’t listen and was rude. Entering this location, their hand sanitizer was completely out. Never again! No, thank you! Don’t waste your time or money visiting this place. If I could give it 0 stars I would!

Why have hours of you won’t abide by them. Close at 12 and call last call at 11? With at least 25 ppl in the building? You can order food but don’t order a beer. I’ve been here multiple times when they turn business away saying last call an hour before they close. With all the new restaurants opening up near by they should be welcoming the business, not turning it away.

I’m not typically a big critic on restaurants, but this one was terrible. The restaurant wasn’t super busy, but my boyfriend and I were constantly overlooked by our server. I get that servers typically drift to the bigger tables because of bigger tips, but she would repeatedly come to the table next to us and ignore us.
My boyfriend’s sandwich came out 20 minutes after we ordered, but my order of chicken tenders came out 20 minutes after his, and they were the wrong thing! The waitress gave me grilled tenders, I explained the mistake and she apologized and got me my actual order about 10 minutes later.
The food was not that good, with my chicken being overcooked, and my mac and cheese was cold and really tasted like alfredo.
When we were ready for the check we probably waited another 10-20 minutes to track down the waitress and ask for the check, and another 10 minutes at least waiting for her to bring it. It was roughly $50 for our entire meal, which mostly tasted terrible.

Yesterday we ordered takeout. Normally I’ve had lots of issues with takeout from here, but I’ve got to give them credit – they’ve really improved a lot. My order was done on time and piping hot, so much that even when I got home 10 mins later it was still hot. Portions were big, food order was 100% correct, and done a few mins before the expected time. Way to go BWW!

Pathetic service. This is not the first time this happened. We got chicken wings few months back and it had all the feathers and we had to throw all the food. This photo was from yesterday where in they just dumped the breaded chicken and threw the selected sauces on top. We could have done this at home by getting the sauces at any grocery store. Also the sauces they poured on the chicken are not the once we selected. Very disappointed.

Upon arrival we waited for at least 12-15 minutes to be seated. Our server Marissa took our order which was for 4 people. We ordered Street Tacos, Crispy Buffalo Chicken Salad, Traditional Bone in Wings no sauce with House Salad & Bone in Wings with no sauce and House Salad. Our food was served barely warm, should’ve been heat hot. The Chicken was not cooked fully done, the skin was barely done on the bone in wings. We waited for at least 20 minutes for our server to ask for the 2nd house salad, by the time our server came back to ask for the 2nd salad we didn’t want it. We were not asked if we wanted something else to drink. Which, we wanted to order draft beer for four. Wow! You missed that sale.
The management should be ashamed. Clearly your waiters need more training. Prior to leaving this establishment my daughter and myself going to the restroom when we passed 4 ladies waiting to be seated, the same ladies were still waiting to be seated. The sad thing is when we’re leaving the same ladies were still waiting to be seated.

Updated Sept 2024: someone doesn’t care anymore about food quality. They are doing a good job at serving cold tasteless small wings. The workers are hiding in the back. Too bad. Places like this won’t last long in Georgetown …
Good fare of wings and things. The salads are clean, fresh and tasty. They have a lot of wing flavors and spiciness, along with boned vs. boneless. We hit this place when we want to watch a sports game. They have a ton of TVs. Usually, getting there 1/2 hour early will get you a set for most broadcast sports events. But they do fill up. The staff are friendly.
Updated Oct 2, 2020. Removed two stars. Ordered twice this month. Both times the app just spins during checkout. I had to call the restaurant to put in the order. The last to go order this week, the French fries were like cold card board sticks – very hard to eat. Many of the wings were not crispy – dry or wet seasoning. The skin was wet. on the Nashville hot. I don’t mean wet coating, I mean wet skin. A bit inedible. The dry lemon pepper were okay. The carrots and celery were okay. Please improve.
Updated: June 2, 2021 I took two youngsters in. Forty minutes after ordering in a mostly empty location, the meal arrived. The wings are smaller and the French fries few. Sad.

We always frequent Buffalo Wild Wings in Utah, it was excellent. We have visited many in different cities. The food was very good as always, the server was excellent. but the bad environment. I don’t like leaving bad reviews and the idea is that the person in charge of the premises takes responsibility for his work. It is not possible that they put an end to a business that cost its owner money, time and many other things. There were 3 young people at the entrance doing NOTHING!!! And the dirty business. I throw out the 3 of them and look for people willing to work, including the manager. I’m not going to fill out any form. It is a constructive comment.

I just placed an order for over $75 and went to pick it up and they shorted me an order of fries. Just fries. I went in to get them and fix a burger that was wrong and they wouldn’t give me the fries. TRISTEN the manager there came up (after the super sweet girls at the counter helped me, they were great) and Tristen told me they didn’t make a mistake. He refused to give me the fries and insinuated that I was trying to “pull a fast one”. I waited for 10 minutes and he came up to treat me terribly. I don’t get how he can act that way when we spend so much money. He was rude and disrespectful. Unfortunately I’m sure BWW won’t do anything but I hope this review convinces a few people to consider another restaurant. Mistakes happen, disrespect is a choice. Tristen made that choice. Disappointing.
