We met 2 managers tonight. Nick and Jo-Jo ! We have come here for a year occasionally. The vibe is new and refreshing. The last time we came the wings were like leather. On the way here I told my husband if it’s bad we won’t come back again. Well I’m happy to say the wings were juicy, service above and beyond. Personalities and attitudes amazing! So happy we can come back here, it’s a cool hangout for sure. We miss our New Mexico hangouts, this helps !!

I experienced the same thing another poster posted. Here are the feathers that was on my chicken(lose feathers) embedded with the sauce. The assistant manager made it extremely difficult for me to get a refund only offering store credit, stating that it would take 5-10 days to get a refund. When I told my wife what the assistant manager said, he denied it. And No a refund was not initiated!
This assistant manager as well as the cooks that night, would not be working for me immediately. This looks deliberate!! Nov 7th 2025 9:30 pm
In addition one of the hamburger Patties was old and the other one was half cooked. I pray to God I don’t get sick! Disgusting! And for the company person who keeps apologizing on these posts….Stop, send this to the leaders of your franchise or corporation and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT before something bad happens to a customer and you are all over the national media!!

I ordered delivery and received the worst wings I’ve ever had. Disheartening for Bdubs. I felt like I was eating overcooked popcorn chicken and not boneless wings. Wedges were dehydrated, etc. Incredibly expensive given the quality of the food.

Me and my son came in for lunch and received excellent service from Areyana! The food was hot, fresh and Areyana was very attentive to our needs! We also received great friendly and welcoming service from the manager JoJo! This has been one of my best experience in dining with Buffalo Wild Wings and I highly recommend this location! Don’t forget to ask for Areyana or JoJo!

I would first like to say I do not have many complaints on food/restaurants but right now I must say this location is nice and clean with a nice Atmosphere I can say that. As for the wings, they were very hard causing my teeth to hurt. My family and I also ordered chili cheese fries. That came out very dry with barely any cheese.
Service was very very slow and there was not a crowd of people with demands to slow production.

Going here tonight was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. When I first walked in with my daughter, we waited and waited for a server to seat us. No one came. I eventually had to call the location while sitting on the front bench just to get someone’s attention. When a server finally came over, she skipped right past me and seated the family behind us. I politely let her know I had already been waiting about six minutes, but she responded with a noticeably snippy attitude.
After we were seated, we were assigned a waiter named Gwen. She took our order, and we waited more than 18 minutes just to receive appetizers. When they arrived, there were fruit flies around the food. Shortly after, Manager Nick stopped by and asked if everything was okay. I explained the situation and asked if I could place my entrée order with him instead. He was kind and immediately took the order.
Unfortunately, after waiting another 30 minutes, my order of 10 wings never arrived. Gwen was nearby but was busy talking with another employee and never once checked on our table or offered a refill. At that point, I asked to cancel the order and requested to pay only for the appetizers.
This was extremely disappointing, especially for a brand-new location. The lack of attentiveness, slow service, and overall experience were unacceptable. I truly hope management takes steps to improve staffing, training, and customer service moving forward.

The traditional wings were covered in feathers and the fries were very dry. I immediately went back to the store to speak to a manager and request a refund. The manager although apologetic made receiving a refund extremely difficult. I did not get a refund, even though I gave them back the food and told them I would never eat there again. He went on and on about how long it takes to process a refund back, maybe he didn’t know how to do it. I won’t be back, they need to retrain the cooks and focus on quality control. This is by far the worst BWW I’ve ever visited.

Hands down the BEST service I have ever encountered eating at a Buffalo Wild Wings in my entire life. Hunter was so helpful and had so much patience for a walk in party of 12+ including a kids table on the side. He offered us deals that we were not aware of and that was an easy upsell. Food is what I expected from this restaurant so it’s not good nor bad. I love wings and will always come back. The side salad however came with some wilted pieces that could be easily removed before serving but that’s all the complaint I have. Even if the food was bad, I would still come back if service was as excellent as Hunter each time.
