Picked up a takeout order and was very disappointed. The onion rings portion was extremely small and partially burnt and broken pieces. Portions of other items in the order were also very small. Buffalo Wild Wings generally has a policy of showing the food at the time of takeout, but that was not done for this order. We trusted the staff to handle this properly and to ensure portions and quality were thoroughly checked ahead of time, but that was not the case. The order was clearly not checked before being handed out. If anyone is getting a takeout order from here please make sure to check it yourself. Will not be returning to this location.

Great customer service! Food always cooked extra crispy how I like it! I’ve been coming here for years and never had a problem.. special shout out to Ms.Avani & I believe her name is Ms.Danni.. they are always nice & go the extra mile! Long wait for food placed online, came out about 30 minutes after the “ready” time. The food was worth the wait though! I understand it’s not their fault that they’re understaffed, but that seems to be a very common issue for this location. Managers/ Corporate needs to staff this place better.
I want to give a shoutout to the kitchen manager, I believe she was. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she was about 5’5 with long dark hair. The whole time I was waiting, she was dealing with the rudest doordashers. I know yall have been waiting a while but to go into the kitchen and start yelling at them is severely disrespectful and rude. These men were definitely old enough to know basic human decency. She got the orders hand delivered to us as quickly as possible. She made this not a one star review. Again, food was pretty decent, and at least I got it while it was hot.

Ordered food via Uber Eats and first of all the buffalo we ordered tasted like mild and while eating the other boneless wings we found a FEATHER in the meat. Made the whole meal unappetizing. Very disgusted by Buffalo Wild Wings and we’ve been eating with you guys for years.

Took a large party for a school- related event. Called several days ahead of time, and the managers worked with us to ensure everyone received the choice they wanted. They accepted an emailed order-ahead and then had the food coming out of the kitchen as we arrived. Our server, Candace, was terrific! Very nice and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Horrible service i understand its busy and your short handed but she was rude and didn’t even acknowledge us as customer no give me a second no nothing. Then we ask if we should seat ourselves? She was like well no but I guess just sit there. We had been standing here looking crazy waiting to at least be acknowledged. We asked if there was a greeter and she said no to a few minutes later see a greeter come out and seat someone else. They never gave a menu or took our drinks before waiting on the people who had arrived after us.

We ordered takeout and it was one of the worst decisions we’ve made. The fries were stale, the wings barely had any sauce, and on top of that, our order was incorrect, we were missing wings. When I called back to address the issue a young man answered claimed everything was checked and then hung up on me.
The food quality and customer service were both extremely disappointing. Based on the overall experience, the place didn’t appear clean and it honestly felt like something the city should inspect. I would not recommend this establishment.

Well my family of 5 walked in, 2 hostesses were standing there chit chat and acting like they didn’t see us until another hostess has to stepped up and took us to our table. Luckily, our server was nice and attentive. Moving on to the cheese curbs, it was tasty and oozing with cheese, but the fries with queso sauce on top was a disappointment. Our table ordered the mild buffalo wings and the Parmesan garlic. The Parmesan garlic was ok but the buffalo sauce was horrible, too sour tastes for my liking. The double bacon cheeseburger was good, but the grilled chicken wrap was bad. Sigh, pretty sure I won’t be coming back.

Worst experience ever. We placed an online order at 7:40pm on a regular Wednesday night, and said the order would be ready at 8:10pm. We came at 8:15 pm and the staff were not attentive to the people in the lines, they made me wait and did not have my food ready till it was 8:57pm, and when we got home, the food was already cold and my mother found a hair in her food. Completely disgusting, completely unsanitary, very unacceptable. Do better.

We sat at the bar and had stellar service from Danielle the bartender. She was super awesome and always ready to offer a tasty food suggestion and keep our beverages flowing. The food suggestions from her were spot on and my wife and I enjoyed the experience and delicious food! The tacos were awesome and our wings were perfect! Great place to hangout, enjoy cold drinks, delicious food and make new friends at the bar.
