I’m honestly not sure how this Buffalo Wild Wings location in Tyler, Texas has managed to stay in business all these years — or why I keep giving it another chance. Unfortunately, every time I sit down, I can count on the service being extremely slow. The food itself can be decent, but the consistently poor and sluggish service really takes away from the experience. If they could address and improve the speed and attentiveness of their staff, this place could actually be enjoyable.

Went and had a nice lunch with the hubby today and it was both of our first time trying Buffalo Wild Wings. They weren’t very busy yet so it was nice and quiet. Our food came out quick and was fresh and hot although I do wish my wings would’ve been a little more sauced and tossed because they were a little short on the sauceyness scale. Our waitress was kind, attentive, and efficient, and helped me understand different options on flavors and sauces. Would definitely return.

Love this Buffalo Wild Wings. Food and service is always on point, happy hour at 3pm and it is never packed or crowded. Great place to go when you’re craving something fried, crunchy and salty without the typical drive thru and without breaking the bank. Fried pickles and chili nachos are my favs!

Service was a little slow. I took my toddler to the restroom—she had just woken up from a car nap and was a bit cranky. While I was in there, I felt uncomfortable being watched by the waitress who was doing her hair and makeup.
When we came out of the stall, she asked “everything okay?” in a way that felt unnecessary and intrusive. On top of that, her personal items were left around the sink, and I had to reach over them just to wash my hands.
Overall, the situation felt rude and awkward. Some basic courtesy and professionalism would go a long way.
There were many tables that could have used refreshers as the waiters and waitresses were just grouped up having basic conversation. They would sit in a booth on their phone. They could be cleaning something??
The restaurant could use a good tune up, as the booths are falling apart. Employees need updating too.

Izzy and her coworker were about the rudest servers ever we went in and try to place are food order together with our drink in order to make it faster and she said no I’ll get the drinks and then the food order she didn’t write anything down didn’t bring sauces or the veggies and messed up on a sampler 2 items on it we asked for the check didn’t tip because service was awful and then we asked for a blue cheese not problem paying and she said I don’t know because we’re closing down and then gos to the kitchen and starts talking bad about us to her coworker saying that I would charge them and thats how petty I would be I told the other server that we can hear them and she said okay yall have a good night. About the worst service from Izzy and her coworker.

The service was really good. The greeter was really nice and so was our waitress. The food however… was sooo nasty. Fried pickles were soggy not to mention very little for $10, ranch tasted bottled and generic, and wings were chewy and tough. Was super disappointed after hearing the hype

Food was good but we came in and were the only ones at the wait table waiting to be seated and stood there quite a while before anyone even acknowledged that we were there! Long enough my wife had just made the comment that maybe we had made a mistake to come there and to go somewhere else!

Was driving by in need of a quick lunch. Nobody at the hostess stand. Manager walked by without acknowledging me. 5 employees visible and all busy except him. He went and interrupted someone on the phone instead of seating me. I didn’t wait very long at all before walking out. I probably would have given them more time and a second chance but the place smelled bad.
