Ordered online for 5:00 pickup and waited 40 minutes. Was told we had to wait so long because when an order was called in they filled that first before the online order. Also paid for 15 drumsticks and got 11 and one with with feathers- see picture. Will not be back.

Pretty poor location. Buffalo Wild Wings is typically pretty consistant. This location is incredibly slow, food is often overcooked, and they never have slaw.
Tried it again last night and service was better. The kid worked hard but the food was overcooked and as usual, they were out of slaw. They also tell you they won’t “charge you” for the slaw but it is part of the meal.. youre getting charged anyway. At around $30 per-person its not worth it.
Overall, just not a great location. Food is mostly okay if you don’t request a dry rub. Service seems to have improved but this location does not align with a lot of the others in the chain.

Since the incident that happened to me I been in here several times and they have been good.
8 14 25 update. Seems as if the waiters have a hard time being nice. They seem to be running the floor on however they want to. Serving who they want. Rather ridiculous. Maybe cooperate or owner needs to evaluate the situation.
8 14 25 an hour later. I set at the bar because they didn’t want to serve me in an area. Absolutely worst experience I’d ever had with a restaurant. The bar tender was just as awful.
Would the manager even care of this problem or are they in it as well?

Came for MNF while working out of town. Food came out hot in less than 10 minutes. Bartender was very attentive and beers stayed full. Food was tasty and service was awesome! Give them a try.

I’m only leaving 1 stars because I have to mark something for the review to post. We are from Tulsa and walked in to this BWW expecting great service. They were not busy, Sunday at 3 pm, and we stood at the front waiting to be seated for nearly 10 minutes. When we got seated, we weren’t asked if the half table, half booth was okay as it was in the corner and under 3 TVs. We asked to be moved and the hostess turned around and went to the back, not saying what she was doing or where she went…..so we left, why would we stay? What a pooooor interaction for a BWW location, the Mngr should be ashamed to have staff working for them that treat their customers this way

I have been back here twice now and had the worst service. First we waited 20mins for a table when there were literally plenty and then waited an hour (no exaggeration) and still no food so we left. Decided to give it another shot. This time didn’t even make it to a table before giving up. Stood there waited for stared at. Waited stared at. So we left. I’m done with this location.

Service was really good. At first I wasn’t sure about the waitress but I could tell she was a bit nervous. She did a good job keeping up with our drinks. The burger I had was so good. The meat was cooked just right. I appreciated it that she brought us a drink to go. Overall it was a nice experience!

I couldn’t tell if I was eating chicken meat or chicken bone. The wings were terribly overcooked, brittle, and all skin no meat. Some of the wings were just bone stubs. They can’t even count to 10 only 9. What kind of people think it’s okay to serve kitchen scraps? The celery speaks for itself. No way am I going to eat that rotten vegetable. $50 wasted! I wouldn’t even feed it to my pigs… guess it will add to the compost tonight. So disappointing!

Excellent service and food is great. If you’re an understanding human and know that no restaurant is perfect, able to read the situation and that it may be busy, it’s a great place to eat, grab a beer and watch the ballgame. If you’re an entitled human that can’t handle something not going your way, you should probably go back to your mother’s basement and settle for her meatloaf.

First off I ordered some food and had to wait 40 minutes when it was probably already done in the first 5. Got there grabbed my food and left get in the car and just looked and seen what I had. The wings are tiny (which to be honest I didn’t even care I just wanted some wings) then I ate a fry. When I tell you it literally is like if I put some McDonald fries in the microwave like 30 times then let them set out to get stale. They were disgusting then after getting home and looking in the bag turns out they didn’t even give me the rest of my order. I should have listened to the other reviews, if you’re eating takeout just go order something somewhere else please literally go anywhere else and save yourself the money. I’m literally just gonna go to Braun’s now.
