We had a great dinner. We went on a Thursday evening around 8pm. We only waited a couple minutes for a table. The atmosphere was fun. Every Tv was playing some type of sport, mostly OKC Thunder. Our waitress was fantastic. We ordered Thursday BOGO wings. Everything was seasoned well. The chips & trio dips appetizer was so good. It had Fresh guacamole, salsa and queso. Every part of dinner was so fun.

All of the food we ordered was very dry, and one of our entrees was missing the fries. However, the fries we did get were hard as rocks and all hollow in the middle. We also didn’t get any ranch. The service was good, but the food was disappointing. It all felt like it had been reheated too many times before we got it, even the bread on the cheesesteak felt too hard.

Overall the service was great, not so much can be said about the food. I usually don’t write reviews but after a couple visits I feel like it is necessary. On our first visit we did dine in, and when we received our food it was burnt and dry and when we asked our server (who was amazing by the way) who fried the chicken she said the kitchen person in charge was a man named Cole. And then when we asked for more ranches from the girl who dropped off our food (tall Latina, short hair) she gave us a side eye which is completely unacceptable as an ex bww server, and just walked away to go retrieve our ranches. And then on the second occasion we decided to do takeout instead and the lady at the cashier, Ailany was giving an attitude the whole time and when I walked in I waited 5 minutes before she popped out the pos since it looked like she was vaping. Overall this was a bad experience and I won’t be back soon anytime.

Was told no booths available when several were plainly clean and ready. Host said they’d been seated 3 times in a row and couldn’t seat anyone at them to be fair to the servers. The host also took 10 minutes or so fixing his table map before showing us to a table, while walking by several booths that were open.

Went in just after 5 and had to wait to be seated when it wasnt busy. Got drinks and an appetizer within the min but then almost 35 to 40 mins later we still hadn’t had our order taken, drinks empty and appetizer done. 6 servers passed by without ever checking on us. I had to stop someone to ask for a manager. The manager came to us like she knew what the issue was already, saying she had to pull our waitress. So guess checking to make sure her tables were taken care of, was forgotten. Very disappointed. We paid for what we got and left.

Our server Elizabeth was rude and seemed very annoyed from the moment we sat down. Hardly bothered to check on us not to mention she completely forgot to bring out a whole meal claiming she “forgot to enter it in”. She rushed into cleaning off our table and would slam trays as my family and I tried to have a conversation and finish our drinks. I know what decent customer service is and she gave us nothing but crappy service. We of course did not tip. I’m not one to leave negative reviews but as my family and I walked out she says “thanks for the tips” saying her service was “great”. I’ve never had a bad experience or issues with anyone else at this BWW location so it’s obvious who the problem is.

To start off, I never really bad reviews but this time really did it for me. Victoria didn’t ring in our food until we reminded her 40 minutes after we ordered. She never checked up on us, and we had to stare her down in order for her to come to our table. Management needs to hire better servers, this is not ok.

If you come to BWW Owasso make sure you are sat with Nathan!!! We were THOROUGHLY impressed with his kindness, attention to detail, and quick but accurate service! With To Go drinks as a bow on top of our amazing lunch experience, Nathan thought of it all! When we come back it will definitely be to see Nathan again!

Ordered online. Arrived at the designated time and waited for 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Employee came out and told me it would be 15 minutes. Order came out in 5 minutes. Got home and were missing the carrots and celery. I only ordered wings with carrots and celery.

Ordered wings to go. Half of the traditional wings were cold and dry. Very little sauce and you could tell they were sitting out for a while. $100 order poorly prepared. Not going back again.

I had a to go order for my husband and I, spent 75$ on 15 bone in wings, 20 boneless, mozzarella sticks, and a large cheese curds. Not happy with my order at all, firstly the 20 boneless was only 16 pieces and they didn’t have sauce on them, they were almost completely dry, my 15 bone in wings were so over cooked that they were crunchy and also had no sauce on them, and my cheese curds were burnt to a crisp. I don’t live in this area so I didn’t know until I drove home 20 minutes and was very let down when opening my food. I couldn’t eat my wings at all and I can’t believe I paid 75$ for food I couldn’t even eat. Will not be returning to this location ever again.
