I just cant! I ordered delivery (which I understand the food wont be hot when it gets here I understand!) and this is just the worst experience ever! I got the nachos and thry sent me a tiny cup of queso which barely covered 1/8 of chips. I ordered wings and didnt get half my order! Uber doesnt refund anymore because so many drivers are thieves and restaurants short so often! So I spent 100 bucks and only got a nachoes we barely touched cause they were just chips with nothing and a 10 piece boneless wings..Mac n cheese..and a drink!!!! I tipped 10 bucks but that all for 80 bucks plus fees and tip thats terrible! The food was not worth close to that! Will not be ordering from this location anytime in thr near future.

Our experience started by being sat and not being greeted by a server until after I went to the hostess stand to ask for our server….took about 10 mins to finally get a server. All the tables around us needed bused, the floor was filthy and I didn’t see anyone over the age of 25 working. The table across from us had to flag down the waiter to ask for the check and a to-go box. I’m not sure where the management team was but, this location needs a lot of help getting their act together.
This is the second BWW’s location to disappoint. I hate it bc we are huge sports fans and the guys love wings…..wish there was more pride taken in the ownership and management of this location.

Staff is great, experience has always been pretty good. Food is good but fries can get pretty soggy or stale, sometimes a hit or miss. The staff can be overwhelmed easily during peak times so service varies depending on how busy they are as expected. Good, not great, not bad, but better than okay.

Great food and service, as always. The place looked like maybe it had been redone since my last visit. It felt clean and more open (maybe it was just me).
I love the ultimate nachos and my wife made me try her burger because it was “soooo goood” she was right. It really was.

Service was pretty slow considering they weren’t swamped when we were there. Friday evening crowd, nothing crazy but should have merited a bit more.
Beer was off, I can’t even quite put my finger on why it didn’t taste right, but I ended up not finishing more than half of it.
We ordered two appetizers and the food took longer than it probably should have, and once delivered, most of it wasn’t warm. The nachos were probably the warmest of the bunch and they were topped with cold items.
Overall the visit was okay, not sure it would motivate me to return soon.

My cheese on my nachos was cold & my cheese Stix were cold & my onion rings were cold. Everyone else had hot food so I’m assuming it was just bad timing on the kitchen. Mine should have been made after the wings & instead I think it sat & waited on the wings… it tasted ok but cold/soggy nachos just aren’t as good as fresh. Maybe next time the waiter will go ahead & bring it out if the kitchen messes it up or better yet the kitchen will just think more about it & time the food better.

MANAGER IS BEYOND RUDE!
On 10/29/25 at 8:30pm I visited Buffalo Wild Wings with my wife and daughter, and we had a thoroughly disappointing experience. My wife, who just recently got to the United States from Egypt, doesn’t speak English and isn’t familiar with local restaurant policies,sat at a table upon arrival. Instead of being understanding, the manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I tried to address the issue with the manager he proceeded to tell me if we didnt like how we felt we could leave and we did just that I refuse to give any business ran by someone like that any of my money. I was met with even more disrespect. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it’s disheartening to see such poor customer service. I hope Buffalo Wild Wings can improve and treat their customers with the respect they deserve.

We went today for lunch. We got traditional wings. They were very good. We also got an order of onion rings. The waiter did an excellent job. Two thumbs up. I would definitely go back.

I had around 2400 points in my BWW app so I thought to utilise it this time by ordering a lunch combo. Did the Caribean Jerk bone-in wings, french fries and unsweetened tea. I always do extra-wet since they give lotta sauce which I can use as dipping sauce for fries. The flavor was good as always but I was extremely disappointed on how the app didnt redeem my points for the lunch combo. The waiter didnt know anything and he was keep on saying the points expired when it actually didnt. So had to pay from out of pocket. BWW app is very bad!!
