Man if it ain’t one thing it’s another with this place. I just know other locations don’t have as poor service. I go to this one because it’s close to home. I ordered a 20 piece all flat. I get home to find out they’re not all flats. No big deal right? Go back up there get it remade. Get back home just to see that there are 2 completely different flavors now in the box that I didn’t order. But they got the flats right. Go figure. I won’t be back. I will gladly go to any other BWW than this one again.

THE FOOD SUCKS!!!!! I ordered 2/ 20pc chicken wings… bone in and out ( super over cooked and taste like they warmed it up). 2 burgers (taste nasty) fries, potato wedges, and onion rings ( all taste old like they been sitting in old Grease/ served yesterday and warmed up for today ) NEVER AGAIN! WHOEVER is COOKING in that Kitchen NEEDS to be FIRED!

First time at this location and I was not impressed. Our food was there before our drinks they weren’t super busy and I seen several wait staff just standing around talking. The server was very nice and apoligized for the delay then sat down and helped me get my Birthday Rewards had a good time but not sure I would make it a habit to go. I will say the Birthday Rewards is well worth it though.

I pre-ordered online a 30 piece wings combo. I scheduled a pickup time for 11:30 am. When I got there to pick up my order, they had no record of my order. I showed them the email confirmation. Yes it was the correct location. Just frustrated that in 2026 they aren’t able to execute online orders. Incidentally, another lady was there with the exact same problem. So not an isolated incident.

I did not go the bathroom during this visit. This place was a good experience. I wish our waitress had been a wee bit more attentive but the food was good and everyone was super friendly. The waitress may have been new.

Always a great place to stop in for food or drinks, lots of dinning options too, at the bar area, family area, and outside seating too, wings have always came out great in a quick time. Haven’t had a bad meal yet here, the beer and mixed drinks are always great. All the servers, waiters, greeters are friendly and love to engage to better the experience. The bogo Tuesdays deal are always nice. Favorite sauce is the honey bbq or sweet bbq.

They have rats for starters so beware, second my son is autistic and was having a meltdown at the table and they called the police on me after i had left and went out side with him then proceeded to trespass us, even tho i will never be back period after seeing multiple rats and them calling the police on us. The karen that called the police was the manager with short bob and lots of gray hair. She looks old. The waiter also didnt really attend us very well either, my wings was very dry and was incorrect. He stood there talking instead of tending to the tables. Definitely need better staff.

The food and atmosphere are typical for a BWW. The service on the other hand…. It is not unusual to be seated at a table and then wait 15+ mins for a waitress to tend to you. The past couple times we’ve tried to visit this location, we’ve ended up walking out due to never being helped.

Update: After reading a few reviews,
I can tell this is not the only time this has happened to other patrons, and hearing their food taken long to be served, it gives me the sense of not coming back, either way this is one of my favorite spots to come eat and hang out with my relatives, ill just let it pass and comeback next time, I’m sure the place will be better.
the food was good, and I’m not going to lie. There’s only a small issue, the food took 45 minutes to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. The fires were saggy and not crunchy like the other times,

Just wanted to say that I’ve had trouble with the delivery two different times at the location in Del city but Levi is a great man. He’s helped me two times. Yes Levi please put that man on the back for me because he is a great guy goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect thank you thank you Location, Del city!!
