Went today to watch the Razorback game. I had to ask 4 times for them to turn the game on. We were two of around 20 people in the restaurant. Tall manager guy finally came over after 25 minutes of chatting with the hostesses and was confused by what we wanted to watch. I told him yes we want to watch the Razorback game and not the horse races that were on.
Service is make or break for chain places like this with fryer food and today it was break.

Bartenders have been acting political when it comes down to service. That is not businesses like. I have been coming to bfww for almost 2 yrs. Miss Julia in particular has a chip in her shoulder against my color skin. When a Anglo comes to be served the service is stronger,we see it and it’s uncalled for. Work is work and money is money. If you can’t treat all people the same?Keep on as is and see what happens.My money makes a difference!!!! I will stop coming by!!!!!!!!! More to say I don’t need to eat there,y’all have bad reputation and I tried to have a benefit of a doubt!!! But I was treated differently for who I am.

I am new to russellville. I decided to go to Buffalo wild wings. I got there my waitress was excellent however my cheese dip was microwaved ice cold in the middle very hard on top. After I scooped out the blob caked over top from being microwaved I was left with a cold sauce in the bottom? The cheesesteak sandwich that I ordered that was suggested by my waitress. The menu presented a large sandwich with toppings. Looked yummy! What I got was a dried out sandwich with little toppings cold cheese sauce sloppily poured on top. This sandwich was smaller than my hand! The menu reflected a sandwich that would need 2 hands to hold! The pretzel bites were good, the cheese dip accompanying it was cold. ( You can do better cooks!!) After a long day at work. I just wanted a nice meal! And onion rings were barely warm and dried up! Disappointing. Went home went to bed hungry. My dog ate the sandwich. 60 bucks down the drain.

I noticed lately everytime I have wings, they seem to taste better. They have a great taste, crispness, and seem to be more meaty and tender. I finally decided to Google if they changed their grease and was happy to find they did change it to beef tallow. No wonder!! Love this!!

Servers were amazing especially for a busy football Saturday. The manager sitting next to us on her phone and computer on the other hand could learn a lot about customer service from her employees! My so accidentally spilled his soda and she just turned her head like nothing happened while we waited on a busy server to flag down. We ended up getting paper towels out of the bathroom. Really disappointing!

Went there after my daughter’s event. We was greeted and my husband told them we wanted to sit outside and the lady told us to go ahead. We went out there and waited and 10 minutes and at this point we knew what we wanted to eat. A lady came out of the door and ask if we have been helped, we told her no. She went back inside and we waited about 3 or 4 more minutes and still nobody came out to take our order. I will not go back to this location.

This one in particular serves up nice size wings. The last 2 Bdubs I went to the flats were the size of my thumb. The honey bbq is still great and tried the chipotle BBQ dry rub.

I have ordered multiple times through thr app and every single time they get something wrong. Im not a picky person and do not like to complain but how many times can I let it slide? I took back my order and asked for the right thing and also the fries they forget to give me. All I wanted was queso on my wedges bc I paid for them! They gave me a tiny amount on a large order and they were all burnt. C’mon people…we pay for this stuff. This is ridiculous.

I personally am very disappointed was greeted at the door and asked to sit outside she said go ahead then it’s open seating out there. I waited for approximately 10 minutes and somebody came out to me and asked if I had had service yet. I replied no then I waited another five minutes and still nobody came outside to even get a drink order for me and my wife. I have personally been in the restaurant industry for 15 years and have never had service like that at all, at least come and greet me and get a drink order, especially when I walked out of the doors and she was out there at the table that was out there already made eye contact and everything would not recommend this restaurant to anybody
