My server Kai was more than absolutely amazing! She was attentive to my needs. Never needed a refill. Only had to look for her one time and the reason being is she was busying a table behind me that wasn’t even hers. I was so impressed with her. I actually was a WCT for Samier years ago and know all about B-Dubs and waiting tables. This young lady is special and an asset. She is the type of server that makes you want to come back. She was definitely 5 star!!

Jasmine was my server and bartender. She was very attentive, immediately took my drink order, and had my drink in front of me within a couple of minutes. When I ordered my food, she let me know that they had a BOGO promotion going on, which gave me extra food and saved some money off my bill. The food was great, and I’ve come to expect that level of consistency at every location I’ve visited. No complaints. Jasmine was very polite and friendly and ensured that I was taken care of. She had a very welcoming and warm personality and delivered outstanding customer service. With food and service like that, I will definitely return to this location!

Once, I had a bad experience here about 2 years ago. We recently heard that they were under new management, so we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was absolutely terrific. The atmosphere of the place has improved dramatically. The service was fast and great! Would highly recommend.

Waitress Erin charge my card more i guess thought I didn’t notice! Then the manager came up there didn’t even care fr barely said anything and just handed me a the SAME receipt I better have my money on my card soon cause it’s still not showing up. I will be reporting yall to corporate cause there’s no ways my card should be over charge. Then she tried to run off and act like she didn’t know what was going on! Erin must do this to everyone she think that’s not gone notice or she serving drinks too and think we’re too drunk to notice! Then she was hard to find ALWAYS literally waited over 20 mins for her to come by just so we can get straws and napkins then she wasn’t even the waitress to give us the ones! I see why this place has a 3.2.

Samantha the manager was amazing as was the crew I interacted with. London, Cassidy and Caitlin were all spectacular as was the rest of the crew. Food was hot and perfect and on time. This place gets a bad reputation because of previous owners but the management of this place as well as the workers really turned it around. 5 stars

Jomia went above what is expected of a waitress. She turned the past experience at the Little Rock around to an extremely positive outcome. Food was hot and well prepared.

I ordered by DoorDash and the food the burger had something in it that broke TWO MOLARS and after calling for 10 days they are going to do NOTHING because I wasn’t in store! This is HORRIBLE..they broke TWO of my teeth and can’t even bother to call me back to tell me they don’t care! And the National brand was ZERO HELP AS well! Seriously avoid this place at all possible costs…the pain and dental costs is not worth their crappy food
