This place needs to be shut down immediately. New ownership or something. We ordered our drinks and received beers on tap that were almost half way empty. It got way worse after this. We ordered a couple boneless wings and 2 burgers. After 30 minutes we got our boneless wings. We didn’t get our burgers until an hour after they brought out the wings. When we politely asked about the status of our order. The tall curly haired waiter “Nick” rudely told us that “patience is a virtue. He wasn’t even our waiter. He then proceeded to walk away and rip his vape in the hallway of kitchen blowing it all over patrons food (in front of everyone). I honestly didn’t even want to eat after seeing this. Safe to say I won’t be coming back. Ever.

We ordered boneless wings. They took about 30 minutes for them to come out.(that’s not our problem) if you order something and it takes a while you should expect to get your full order, not a wing short. Well that happened to us. We paid for 15 wings we should not be receiving 13. When we told the server about this, her response was (yall really want just 2 wings). Yes ma’am we do, we paid for 15 wings. Also not to mention, we had to eat our food with plastic forks. What’s the point of going eat out at a restaurant and getting to-go forks… just very unprofessional, won’t be returning. Also to mention, we basically had our food thrown at us along with the bill. The bill and our food shouldn’t be thrown in our face. Would not recommend this place. Go literally anywhere else.

We came in this past Saturday after the game and I was completely surprised at this BWW location. First, we were sat immediately, the 2 hosts greeted each customer personally. Second our waitress, Joleesia, was top notch. So sweet and on her A game. We sat in the bar area. Every employee was working quickly and efficiently and remained friendly at the same time. Even on game day. I was super impressed and will be back next game we attend.

At first we were disappointed because they were out of bacon. Thank god they were!!! Otherwise we wouldn’t have tried the Mac& cheese burger that our waitress Bonnie suggested. Of course the wings were delicious and the mango beer was great.

Don’t bother coming here. They ruined my order. They gave us 20 boneless wings when we ordered traditional, shorted us a bleu cheese and didn’t give us the sauce for the onion rings. Oh and no cutlery to eat the screwed up order of boneless wings we received. I was fine with my orders never being ready on time and sometimes being 20-30 minutes late but this is a whole new level of poor quality. I’d feel ashamed to be the owner of this store.

I order from DoorDash all the time and I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this Buffalo Wild Wings needs serious help. My order arrived completely cold and my wife’s wings still had feathers attached. Actual feathers on food that someone cooked, packed, and thought was okay to send out.
I contacted DoorDash support and asked for a manager because this is just unacceptable. The response was, “We’ll let the restaurant know.” That’s not good enough. How about making sure the food you send out is actually clean and hot?
Between the cold food, lack of care, and zero accountability, this was the worst delivery I’ve ever received. I will definitely think twice before ever ordering from this location again.
Feathers belong on chickens, not in my DoorDash bag.

As the president of the LSU women’s club volleyball team, I can definitely testify that Buffalo wild wings has been a huge supporter of our club. Not only do they support us, but they always exceed our expectation. I can tell that they truly just care about the community, our school, our values, in our goals that we strive to achieve.
