Went to dinner here tonight and everything was good except one of the 10 boneless wings I got was pink and not cooked all the way. The waitress was amazing and took care of us but this shouldn’t happen luckily I cut my chicken to make sure it’s cooked everytime I take a bite. I could have gotten really sick if i ate this piece of meat.

Wanted a to go order. Made us wait by the door forever. So I went to the bar and asked if I could order there. Finally they took my order. Waited 15 minutes got my food. Waited about 20 minutes before I finally went up to the bar, they were not that busy. But I’m a patient person so I didn’t make a fuss. But I did have my 5 and 11 year old with me. Otherwise the food was good when I good home. Lettuce was a lot of pieces I wouldn’t really put in a salad but? Especially for 15.00 id prefer regular lettuce over the kind with the hard pieces in all of the middle of them. But ?

The chicken sandwich there is wonderful. Could have used a little extra mayo for the sandwich next time. Wasn’t sure with the fries being smaller than I prefer but it worked and they were delicious. He said the wings were great with a small hiccup with them all bring dipped in the hotter sauce then he requested. Sadly, our server didn’t appear after the food was dropped off and was already disappointed with not receiving the soda I ordered, even with my husband bringing it up once, we still never got it.

You know it’s bad when the AI summary for a business mentioned that “the staff are inpolite.” Unfortunately we didn’t look up reviews before our visit last night. Our server could not have cared less about us being there. “He’s making your drinks right now, let me go check on them” and then not showing up for 10 minutes. “I need to drop this ticket off then I will take your order” and again, not coming back for 5+ minutes. Ordered 6 ranches, get 5.

So I ordered BWW 2-3 times a week for a very long time.. years. I never had a problem until I got the wrong wing sauce in an order.. manager told me there is nothing we can do.. sorry! Granite I spend hundreds of dollars every week here. I was shocked no offer to remake the right wings.. no nothing .. can’t help you. So therefore Buffalo wild wings has lost hundreds of dollars from me since it’s great food and I’ve been craving but I refuse to spend money here now. Just wanted to let them know.

Ordered 2 burgers and requested no lettuce tomato and pickles…got them on both. Ordered 3 chicken tenders..only got 2 and they are extremely small and sad. Never got my hatch queso and chips. Sorry excuse for a restaurant.

The worst Buffalo Wild Wings ive been to for sure. The waiter we had was pretty rude for no reason and the food was dry and tasted freezer burnt. Its also wildly expensive. You can get better wings at any other sports bar like Oscars or Everetts.

worker said all the customers didn’t like the way we smelt (no one was in there but 2 other people) then asked if she can spray us with lysol. the other workers were giving dirty looks the whole time of our 5 MINUTES we were in there. i understand the smell but it was handled unprofessionally.

It’s been a while since I’ve ordered, checked recently to see if there’s been any improvement and noticed I hadn’t left a review as I had intended. Buffalo wild wings has been one of my favorite places for years. Unfortunately this location, and it seems more locations recently are missing the mark in quality. I have ordered from this location 4 times in a period of a year. I order for pick up typically. I believe only the first time was the order ready when it was supposed to be, the other three times it was over 20 minutes later than it was estimated to be ready. It was usually a 5+ minute wait before staff acknowledged anyone at the pick up area. The staff would assure me it was currently being made, packed, and would be ready in 5 minutes or less, they continued to say this while the wait became longer. If they had been honest that it would be 20 minutes I could have come back or canceled the order. Once I did try to cancel the order and I still had to wait 12 minutes for a staff to be able to assist with it. The quality unfortunately was also lacking, portions have declined and items have been missing. It’s unfortunate there’s not a better Buffalo wild wings nearby as I certainly miss their food.
