I ordered onion rings and they were full of oils the wings had no flavor, all with too much oil! Really very unpleasant! The only good thing is the drinks and the attention, that’s why a star!

Updated! These people are doing the worst customer service, you will end up with frustration.
Well , after going through the reviews I think you improved a lot and doing good job.
I never thought that you will have this much of negative feedbacks and impact, good to see you growing.
Well, it’s time for mine then!
When I came to United States of America, I heard about you a lot and everyone told me like chicken wings are so yummy but I refused it many of my friends called to visit you but unfortunately, due to some other reason, I could not attend your place.
Well, luckily, in the 2024 the very recent months, I got a chance to visit you and after entering the place was so nice with lots of chair tables TV screens, some designs, a nice gallery of alcohol section and many more.
But you missed to Great people in the entry! This is an important aspect for you to grow more.
Okay! Let me continue, so we went in and saw the vibes of it and it was nice but sadly no customer at all in the place I don’t understand why such a good place miss busyness.
May be few factors, such as Late food , not taking care of customers, no friendly nature , worse tasty food ? So whatever about the reason, it might be I feel like if you can focus more on getting busy then you will generate more income of the business is what I feel to keep this point in mind.
Next, we got to choose our own place and we sat in a nice comfortable sofa and a nice guy came to take order. He brought some menu cards so and given some time to us we ordered I think a couple of items.
— Potato wedges.
— Onion rings
— Cauliflower wedges
— Ice cream
— Boneless wings
I felt like quality and quantity are good. Their dipping and dressing sauces are mouth watering and tend to eat more though we can’t 🙂
Ice cream is so good out of all, try it out.
Feedback for Buffalo wild wings
— Try to make the food as fast as possible.
— Try to come up with sea food ( Only Fish and shrimp )
— Remove fountain drinks and add bottled drink.
— Prices are a little on higher side.
— I think music loudness can be reduced a little.
— Payment process is bad, Try to collect payment in the counter or bring the reader to table. ( so bad you need to improve this )
— Allow out door seating too for offline orders.

The only complain is the restroom was not clean, some water leaking, paper on the floor. Otherwise no line, good service, good wings, polite employees. And lunch was only $11.

I used to really enjoy this place. Great wings and service. Unfortunately, the last several times the wings look like they’ve come off the skinniest chickens they could find and the sauces I ordered on the side are either wrong or weren’t sent.
I work near another location in Missouri and theirs are great! Same sized wings as always, order is always correct.
This location has really gone downhill. It’s sad and pathetic really.
I’ve learned my lesson. They won’t get another order from me.

Came here just to drink. Waited a long time before being sat but once sat the service was pretty good. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting foul odor and looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The whole place seemed kinda gross and dirty but that is to be expected at a Buffalo Wild Wings.

Do not go here!! Just say no. I sent a complaint email AND filled out a survey to have someone contact me and no one has. The wings were fried so bad there was no chicken on them. Plus look how small these are! Yep , TWO huge orders of wings that were inedible and NO ONE GAVE A CRAP. I will never return. Disappointed and disrespected.

Service was terrible from start to finish, pretzel bites were burnt to a crisp initially, they replaced them but came way later. Bacon on my burger was completely blackened. Had to consistently ask for additional things like silverware, straws, and the drink that came with daughters meal and took a long time in between visits with the server nowhere to be found. After being there over an hour, I had to track a bartender down to run my tab because the server was MIA after dropping off the check. There were only 6 tables in the whole place and at least that many employees. Drinks were never refilled.

Ordered a mobile order 20 minutes before leaving to pick it up, showed up to an empty restaurant so you’d think my food would be done, nope. Had to sit down and wait an extra 10 min for them to make my order of 20 boneless wings and fry’s. After finally getting my food I had no ranch and to forks like I asked for. Came back inside to get my ranch, that took another 5 min. Checked the bag and he gave me spoons instead of forks. Not to mention my boneless wings had little to no sauce more like a glorified chicken nugget than a wing

Gave it 1 star couple years back and things haven’t improved. I ordered some bone in and boneless wings online and went to pick them up. I should have checked my order at the restaurant because when I got home, the boneless wings were dry and bone in were floating in sauce. Of course, they slapped a “order was reviewed by sticker” but didn’t fill it out *smh*
